November 2024 by Rajan Martens
In November of 2023, I purchased a brand new R7. This was my first time buying a bike, and I wanted or, at a bare minimum, you'd expect my experience to be a warm welcome and filled with excitement.
The truth is, it was HORRIBLE!!!
1. They sold the bike to me for over MSRP. (I understand they have the legal authority to do that)
2. They sold me an extended warranty for 1500 dollars. I found out it was some 3rd party vendor that I never heard of. I still don't know how to get access to it. Later, I discovered I could have gotten a 4-year service plan with Yamaha for $761.
3. They never went over the bike with me to show me the ins and outs of the bike.
4. I drove from AZ to get this bike, and when I got home. I found out the owner's manual was missing. They said oh we will mail it to you. I never got it.
5. They took advantage of my 840 credit score and initially had a high interest rate. I was shocked, and they overheard me complain. Suddenly, they came back, stating they could lower the interest rate by 2%.
6. A year ago, they had four and 5-star reviews on their website, which were hand-picked and just placed there. It wasn't till later that I found the real reviews on Yelp and Google stating the same issues I incurred.
Overall, I didn't want the bike after this experience. The bike stayed in my garage for 3 months before I started riding it. Hindsight is 20/20.
Yes, Part of it is my fault for not challenging what needed to be challenged. As a Disabled Combat Veteran, it's hard to negotiate when you have PTSD your mind goes numb when you're overwhelmed.
The people who were there, you could tell they didn't want to be. It was a week before Thanksgiving, and they wanted me out of there. They acted like they were relieved I left. I am willing to take pictures of all the receipts to show proof of what they did. Sad, my first bike experience was as horrible as this. Pictures to come later.

5 Star Service! Wyatt and Amy got me in and out in less than 30 min with a new dirt bike. Good prices and came with a couple free shirts!
I’ll be back !

The customer service here, including pricing, is awesome! I drove down from Temecula because of better pricing. Everyone is very friendly. Highly recommend this place, Ask for Tory!

I stopped by here the other day to change out tires for an off-road trip. The employees here are so cool, they greet you with a smile and are eager to assist. There is everything you could possibly need here to make your ride a most rewarding one.

Couldn’t get together on a deal but my sales person Tory was awesome! Went over all the bikes available in my price range, answered any question I had about product and went so far as to give me her personal number. Hard to find anyone nowadays this dedicated to their craft. Thanks again Tory
Update just left the dealership with the new MT 09 on the way out I was greeted by the owner and I’ll say this, these people are Southern friendly and hold to their word! Got my bike at an incredible deal, hundreds less than the nearest competitor, it was definitely worth the drive. One last thing the bike was detailed and full of gas, Tory helped me put on my phone holder and tag before leaving. The finance office went faster than any bike I ever purchased, the overall experience was the fastest and best I’ve had in 40 plus years of riding! Kudos guys

My local dealer. I bought my '23 CRF450R from them. Great deal. They have great prices on tires and riding gear too.

Service was fast and friendly. We were communicated with frequently, even when just waiting for the business office to do their part. They offered refreshments multiple times and salesman seemed knowledgeable and helpful on the products I was interested in. Went in with no intention of making a final purchase decision, but the experience was great and ended up leaving that day on a new Honda Africa Twin, and love it.

This was my 8k oil change. That's all I wanted done, I asked what the full service entailed and was told it was nothing but checks which would push the price of the oil change from the mid 100s (which already seemed to high to me) to the low 200s. I declined and said I can do those checks myself. He then went to do the inspection and told me my chain was to tight. I actually agreed that it could be to tight and I would make the adjustment myself. He then said he could do it and touched a customers chain and said "it should be this loose". The chain he told me it should be set to literally bounced up and down like a loose jump rope when he touched it.. no tension at all. That should have been a sign these guys are trying to up sell me but I'm already there and just the oil change is all I wanted so I said nope I got it. He also said my front breaks needed changing. That was fair, I said I'd look into it. I left got home and begin to work. 20min later I get a call, and he's telling me in order to change my oil he has to remove my small floorboard, which adds an extra 80 to my bill, which puts me at 238 for a OIL CHANGE!! For context, when I first got my hellcat it cost 200 when I went to the dealer for the oil change. I take it to pep boys now and it's below 100 with military discount(never any issues). The fact that it cost more to remove my little floorboard than it cost to change the oil on my hellcat is telling. This place is all about nickel and diming the customer. Congrats on your win today, but you lost a customer that would have continued to give you business in the long run since yall are so close. Too many businesses these days lose sight of that just to get the quick buck, smh!

I paid the extra for an extended warranty on my motorcycle. Three months later the fuel pump broke and I was stranded in a ride. I brought it in and they refused to repair it under the warranty and I had to pay cash. I will never shop there again

Me and a buddy bought two KTM 350SXF bikes from out of state. Got the best deal I could find and had financing taken care of so all we had to do was sign and leave. Luke was awesome!! Highly recommend them to anyone.

Great experience buying a motorcycle here. Luke was awesome and made the buying experience super easy. I was treated very well and got the motorcycle at a good price, not to mention they allow test rides which is awesome. Amy in finance was also super nice and friendly. 10/10 would do business at this dealership again.

Excellent service crew! Motoworld service department can be trusted to take care of your motorsports needs! Honest and friendly. They will pick up and deliver. The owners must take care of their people because they are happy with their job and it shows!!!

Had a great experience with the dealership side of this place, Luke went above and beyond for me and I went home with my new favorite bike no problem. No regrets there.
The parts center on the other hand, recommended me an oil that's not *synthetic*, plus gave me some headache with crosstalk between them and the service center when a tire I ordered was said not to arrive, only for an extra to be ordered. They seem iffy.
If you're in the are it's not a bad place to stop, the staff are pretty cool as well as the owner.
