They should have better deals for customers that have been their #1 client since I started with metro myself and my husband.
I am a mother of three children and unfortunately I depend on my husband because of medical reasons. Therefore I had to take a break from work and school.

My husband and I brought my elderly father in to get a cell phone.We had the absolute best service one could hope to get at this location.We were shown plenty of options and were out the door in no time.Great service, friendly, efficient and a very good price.Could not have been happier. Go there.

Everyone that works here is awesome. Helda is amazing. She spent a couple of hours with us switching over 4 lines. She is so patient & knowledgeable. Even helped us 2 days later & called to check that everything was going well. Another guy (I'm sorry I didn't catch his name) is also incredible. He called me the weekend after we needed to wait for, to help me with another issue we were having & rectified it within 10 minutes. If you are going to switch to Metro PCS or if you already have them and need help definitely go to this location. Hands down the BEST customer service & BEST Metro there is.

The young man working during my last visit to this location sold me a locked phone with no service. I was tired after working all day, so I didn't check for a receipt before leaving the store.It caused me to sever ties with Metro after 8 years. Customer service is lacking, Metro customers are last in line for high speed service, and storefront reps are scandalous.I went to Walmart and got a better phone, screen protector, hard shell case and Bluetooth speaker for $40 less with same unlimited plan from AT&T..

Lazy! They are constantly in back chilling why even have this location open if your not working? Argue with me and lie about what they told me last month. Was suppose to only have to pay 30$ this month and hes saying I have to pay 50$ again and itll be 30$ next month which is what he told me last month when I came in. Dudes like 12 working at metro. Then when I call them out about how they are always in back chilling, & never able to help customers im told thats not my buisiness. This location should be SHUT DOWN or the lazy good for nothing employees should be FIRED!
