I went to get a new phone because mine cracked. They were able to transfer all my information into the new phone. I really appreciate the patience and knowledge they have when helping a customer. I would definitely go there for my next phone.

I came in after I wasn’t getting help at another location when I was looking for a new phone. When I walked in I was greeted right away even though she was occupied with another customer. Joana made it easy to set up and activate my new phone. Will definitely be coming back to this location !

I was in a really bad mood when I went in because I was frustrated and I I mean I wasn't yelling or screaming but I think my my tone of voice was not great and the woman was just so kind and helpful and I was so thankful and I even told her I was so sorry for being you know not talking right but this woman took her time help me out and I just really appreciated that and that put me in a better mood
