The staff were completely professional. I came in with a problem on my phone and the employee Aisha was completely professional and was willing to help me out. In moments, the problem was solved. Both of us were happy. I would definitely recommend New Metro to everyone I meet. I love the company and how professional they are handling customer problems.

Honestly those guy's are scammers! They over charge you, they asked me for my phone and they did something strange sending a text and typing something .. I was looking for the text "the rep sent to activate my phone" and was not text , they are Indians so you know what's the deal with the scammers from that region (don't wanna sound so stupid) any ways they over charge you because the prices they have on their display phones are old and they didn't have time to update the the prices but if you go to the metro pcs website they even tell you that price is incorrect, they talked in their language and just look at you like make you feel like what that heck!!! So make your self a favor go somewhere else!!! 139 jamacha rd could be a good option don't play with those scammers ..

I’ve never felt scammed at a phone company as much as this one! Their deals are not as advertised I ended up paying over a thousand dollars for service that sucks, home internet that doesn’t work at all, and they say there are no refunds due to the promotion I received but I ended up paying way more than the promotion was advertised. Customer service here is very poor. They nicely tell you things but manipulate people into thinking that nothing is wrong on their end and do not provide help or replacement. They do offer replacement or return if customer is not satisfied with service but at this location they say “everyone loves it, we have it too”. I felt lied to and taken advantage of so I called customer service and they told me to take the internet box back and they took an hour and gave me $70 cash as a refund when I paid with my card and it should have been $90 but whatever I will be getting internet somewhere else and never coming back to this location

Worst customer service I've ever had; been with Metro since 2016 and never missed a bill. Zero professionalism and zero customer care. The employee servicing me was clearly inexperienced and unknowledgeable. Tried activating the wrong phone and gave me a false quote on how much my upgrade would cost me. Said $120-150. Ended up being $260 total.
Lied to me about my new phone's capabilities, didn't bother to transfer anything from my old phone, didn't finish setting up my new phone, tried to tack on $3.50 to my monthly bill. Unprofessional, untrained, uneducated. Do not go to this location unless you want to be treated like a burden instead of a paying customer.

I would just say get your itemized receipt and check it... if they give you one which they refused for me. They apparently automatically charge for case as part of package and don't let you activate phone your self. I appreciate that they at least tried to make up for it.Here's $50 in cash though still not sure how a $243 phone ended up costing 390, well 340 after the refund. But I shouldn't have to go back to the store with a corporate rep on the phone (who they kept insisting I hang up on)to get issue of overcharging resolved.

So I believe they got new staff? BAD BAD people let me tell you!. Will not be showing up to this metro. They don’t give receipts when you purchase phones. They said I will receive an email or text when that IS NOT true, didn’t even have an email set up, I received a text but only to say welcome to metro and the insurance it “comes with it” but insurance is added in without permission.. They force accessories on phone and charge you more than the actual price of the phone. So much for “free phone”. A phone shouldn’t cost more than 130$. It is 65$ plan, 25$ activation and the taxes on a phone that are like 20$ on cheap 5G phones.. these new owners are scammers!! Watch out!!..

Amazing and Outstanding Customer Service….I went into the store looking to get a new phone and a new line. I was helped out by Suleyma who was patient with me, well spoken, and very polite the entire time. I was well informed of my options that were within my budget. Suleyma made it an easy process to make a decision for a new phone and even helped with setting It up as well. Thank You happy with my new phone, I recommend anybody looking to get a new phone or line to talk with Suleyma she is very knowledgeable.
