I have visited there and waited for a long time. After all he was not able to replace my number from ultra mobile network to metro T-Mobile. The reason which is not acceptable for me was that one of my phones is not unlocked. Although the one I wanted to use it had already metro T-Mobile and I wanted to use that mobile.

Always takes forever no matter what Metro I go to... But they are always nice and get stuff done!!

Do not buy phone there, they will charge you Extra fees, check other stores around they will charge you at least $40 lessby the way Metro by T Mobil is horrible service don't switch

Best customer service I've ever experienced! Came in with a friend to fix some account error issues and get a new phone hooked up. The representative, Victor, went above and beyond to help us get everything taken care of. All the staff here are completely professional. Ernie, helped me get some of my stuff taken care of while my friend was taking care his. Adeline and Ernie were both very helpful and displayed some of the best customer service. Everyone here is completely knowledgeable and very polite. Erika, the manager kept checking in, making sure we were both being taken care, was very professional, very understanding considering we did take up a lot of their time. If I could give ten stars ? I definitely would. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to take care of their mobile needs. I won't go to any other store. Can't wait to do business here again. ?

I went to this Metro today at around 2 pm and the young ladies who assisted me were very knowledgeable, charismatic, and helpful. A wonderful experience. However, the store was incredibly hot and my baby was soaked in sweat. Me, my partner, and my child could not leave fast enough. It's unbelievable that management would think this is acceptable for customers let alone the poor employees who have to endure that for who knows how long. Disgusting.

Four stars for amazing customer service but the store was very hot my mom was almost fainting. I feel bad for the two young ladies working there. Management should consider having some ac for customers and employees not just the little fan in the corner.
