I've been servicing my vehicle since the old location on Main Street 12 years ago, and both the customer service (Moush) and the service advisor Brandon and Rene his manager been excellent!Upon arrival, Brandon was waiting at the meet and greet area ready with the 2023 EQE 350 loaner, then he took me to his five star waiting lounge with all the pastries hot chocolate machine...etc outstanding place. Extremely helpful and the most knowledgeable I've ever had.The most important thing was that when he represented the stuff the vehicle recommended. He never pressure me to buy anything.Definitely I'm referring all my friends and family to Brandon, recommended this Dealership strongly.

I had a great experience taking my vehicle in for warranty service. Special thanks to Mooj for making sure there was a Loaner car available and Anthony being extremely helpful with all the questions I had pertaining to my vehicle. My car was in and out in a very timely manner.

Mercedes Benz has recently opened a new dealership in El Cajon, CA. The service department is now functional. An engine problem with my 2015 Mercedes forced me to seek help. Josh Childers, possibly the manager of the service department, ushered us through the process and arranged for a loan vehicle. Getting to the process...The diagnostic analysis has reached a very high level of "search and find" mechanical wellness. Consequently the problem printout lists a number of imperfections in the vehicle operation. Josh was helpful in dissecting through the list, identifying the critical problems requiring immediate attention and those that could be put on the burner for future scrutiny. An honest appraisal is necessary to navigate the technical nightmare of modern automobile mechanical development.

5 STARS all around! Enrique helped my family locate and seamlessly purchase our new Sprinter Van. We drove nearly 10 hours round trip from out of town just to visit the dealership. Amazing and always ask for Josh! He is the most patience advisour I have ever met! He still checked on the service he helped me with till this day and it’s been over three weeks and makes Sure the service is always up to par.My advice is always go to this location and ask for Josh to be your service advisour if you want a good experience!

I took my new Mercedes SUV there for service 3 months ago. It's under warranty. The service rep said he ordered parts and I've never heard from them. Not a peep... :/

We've been taking our 2021 GLE here for service because Mercedes San Diego is just so bad. The people at El Cajon dealership are truly wonderful, the customer care area is fully stocked with snacks, beverages and coffee and the service technicians are super helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Our tech (Josh Childers) is amazing and keeps communication flowing. I wish we had purchased our vehicle at this dealership, but the way things are going, we are very likely to buy our next car here! Thank you Mercedes of El Cajon for putting your customers first. It shows in everything you do!

Worst dealership I've ever experienced!!!Let's start.... I purchased an S580 Mercedes in April 2023. Drove from Los Ángeles to pick up. The car was advertised at 30k miles CPO, miles not accurate it was 35k miles but because I had already driven 3hours I overlooked that issue. HUGE MISTAKE!!!!The car was CPO I should have had 2 keys. They told me I would receive the extra key within 2 months And it would be mailed to my home.... ANOTHER LIE!Now September and I still have not received the spare key after calling more than once a month trying to get an update, I've gotten no response.Let's talk about the technical issues with the car...Sensor notifications constantly on while driving, no side mirror alert function, non stop beeping while driving from constant notification pop up. I had taken the car in on May 2023 and another Mercedes dealer saw the issue to be fixed after having the car 2 weeks.Fast forward to June, I take the car back in because after the beeping pop up notifications start again. The dealer removes the front number and find the issue but says it can't be covered under the warranty and it would be 1200.00 and I need to take the car back in to where I purchased because they are liable for it.I call to El Cajon Mercedes to see if they will agree to fix the car here in La because I cannot take off work.That was a NO... they insisted on having their people come drive my car there and drive back to drop off after being repaired. IF I WANTED TO HAVE MILES PUT ON MY CAR THEN ID DRIVE IT MYSELF!!!!Still no word on my key, no compensation for the repairs and no correspondence from anyone. They are horrible hope this review helps anyone looking to purchase from them. The experience is like nothing I've ever experienced from a luxury dealer. The fact that I own 2 Mercedes vehicles is embarrassing and I'll make sure that I run fast when the first red flag is apparent!Horrible dealer!!!
