“I had ordered a print-on-demand Halloween shirt and the printing melted in the dryer (the tag said "tumble dry low"). Devastated, I visited the store to try to see about getting a replacement (which I will never put in the dryer ever). Jose worked hard trying to get me a replacement and ended up having to call customer service because he kept getting an error when he'd try to order. He spent a long time troubleshooting and talking with customer service to get me a replacement shirt for the same price I paid. Jose's kindness and patience were a true blessing.”

I have not had customer service like this in years! Everyone was super helpful but one person stood out. Ben went out of his way to help me find my new pair of shoes & called around to other stores to help find the other pair I've been wanting for along time. “I love the Bootbarn. The staff is always friendly and helpful when I come in. The biggest plus is that they stretch your boot shafts for you, and I just found this out. I always struggle to find cute boots because I don't have small calves and they don't always carry the wide shaft in store. Now I can pick any boot I want!”
