The worst place I've ever done my taxes, I'll never ever recommend this place to go. Actually I had to receive my tax return but instead I had to pay. also employees are inexperience they don't know what they doing.

I went that day to do my taxes but I wasn’t happy with a result. They said that I made $77.000 a year and I have to pay $13.000 to the taxes unbelievable. What I believe what they trick people for some how and I don’t think they are professional

I was there on Friday 04/17/20 I filled my taxes I wanted to do them with May but a lady (May's employee) that did not know anything did them for me like literally she kept asking another employee a guy named randi how to do this and how to do that I am really not happy at all she barely asked me questions she barely knew what was going. After being recommended by many people and being my first time filing taxes in your office it was a really bad experience. Every time I file taxes I sit with the actual bookkeeper not with his/her employees this was my first time sitting with the bookkeeper's employees if I knew that was the case I would've just filled my taxes at home for free and saved the $100 that went to waste!!
