Mauricio's professionaliam, promptness, and availibilty are unsurpassable! He was able to quickly provide us with a condo insurance quote during this hectic market for California and answered all our questions. We reached out on a Sunday and he responded, even though he was getting over a cold!!! Talk about a dedicated insurance rep! (All the companies that called on Monday missed out) I would definitely recommend reaching out to him for your insurance needs.

I recently purchased a car, and needed coverage asap. I contacted him and he responded promptly. He provided me with two quotes and searched for any additional discounts I would qualify for and by the end of the day, I had a quote which I was comfortable paying monthly and had car insurance for my new vehicle. A few weeks ago I contacted him acquiring by about a quote.
He was very professional and polite and patient.
I did not feel any pressure from him to switch carriers.
To my surprise he did not harass me the two weeks I took to make a decision.
The transition of switching carriers via phone was done swiftly and with ease. He made sure I understood everything about my policy. He answered all my questions thoroughly.
I am happy to be part of the Farmers Insurance family now.
