I came in, in my yard work clothes before they closed at 5pm. It's a yard work store, no problem, right?They helped me buy weed eater parts.... the service was okay, a little short with me, but it was 15 minutes until closing.After the sale, when I took a photo of their business card, for my business card file.G-Nicholas explained to me, that all their business card information was on my receipt! I didn't need a photo of it."No! You aren't kidding me?! Look at that it''s the same! What will they think if next? Well golly!" ?? I'm still laughing! Or wait, maybe I'm .....Stihl.... laughing!!!! ??Well that proves they're in business! Yes, that's them, the same info on their business card, as on their bill. Hoot! Hoot!A+ Wow!Their 8.25% sales tax proves their in the City of El Cajon too!

Great customer service by Sara who was super knowledgeable and answered all my many questions about battery trimmers. Purchased a battery powered commercial FS90R and Paul was exceptionally helpful in showing how easy the tool was to operating. Paul went over and above with making sure it was the right tool for me and that the balance of the handle was set correctly. My new go-to shop for all of my yard tool toys.

We've been customers for 25 years, but after the last several visits we'll go elsewhere. Our biggest complaint is front counter service. The people who man the front are unhelpful, discourteous, downright surly. No one should be treated as we were, and I witnessed the same interactions with other customers. There's an older woman who seems to be in charge of other employees; she's no better. We're done.

I bought a pole saw and it was on back order. Saw never came. Masons was very polite and gave me a full refund. BUT why did I have to pay full price up front for an item with no scheduled delivery.

Very knowledgeable people and very helpful. Took my chainsaw in for repair and when I picked it up, they said the repair was covered under Stihl. So glad they checked.

Took my chain saw into get it fixed. They told me I need to wait 3 weeks..They charged me 44 dollars to tell me it was bad oil pump and parts are not longer available. I don't believe they ever put a wrench on the saw or spent very much time on it. I watched a you tube video how to replace the oil pump and when I removed the oil pump the oil hose was broken in pieces .. I think they did not open the housing at all. I spend $25.00 hose and filter plus gasket , I did it myself. I will never go to this place again!

Took 12 days to get two small parts that could have been mailed. I also bough a Stihl weed eater attachable part. The weed eater part i tried to return. The receipt says 14 days for return parts. I tried yesterday at 12 days and one person said the 14 days didn't apply to Stihl parts. I said the receipt says 14 days. the response was, i can't put all return times with the receipt the package would be too thick. I said how do you find out. He said you ask. He must have thought i was a total idiot. I had periodically done business with this company for over 30 years. You honor your actions as written on the receipt. You don't make your customers feel d*** by saying you need to ask when it is written on the receipt what the policy is. They lost me for future business as well as my son. My have to travel further and pay more but I won't do business with a company that won't honor what they have written as policy. The cashier was very nice as has been my experience in the past.

Took my chain saw into get it fixed. They charged me 40 dollars to tell me it was cheaper to buy a new one. I don't believe they ever put a wrentch on the saw or spent very much time on it. I took it to San Diego Small Engine Repair located on El Cajon Blvd. and they got it running for 100.00
