I was very disappointed to receive damaged calendars that were not replaced after multiple email requests. I ordered over 500 calendars, one packet was damaged and they would not replace.

This was my 2nd year ordering the magnet calendars. The quality is great and it's a nice product. The first year I ordered, there was 1 calendar missing in my order of 50, which I dismissed. This year, I placed an order with a co-worker and we got 400 calendars. In my 200 calendars, 3 were missing. I planned my mailings for each of the 200 calendars and needed those missing 3 calendars (plus, I paid for 200!). I called customer service to have the 3 mailed to me and they said no. They said they package the calendars in groups of 50 only and can't split it up to send me 3. Really?! We'll, that's just bad customer service and unacceptable for me. I will not be reordering from this company in the future.

Ordered 3xs for name badges, signs & 25 open house signs so great value & customer service by the rep In spoke to as I had a few 2 Qs & she was very knowledgable. I highly recommend & will order more in the future.

The order arrived incomplete, and on the website it said that the delivery was complete. The pens were missing in the order received, I called to find out what had happened and the lady who received the call did not seem at all interested in solving my problem, she just told me that I had to wait until I received the pens in a separate order and that she did not know when that could happen. When I placed the order did not mention at all that it would be shipped separately and that it would take time to receive them. Now I have an event for which I needed the pens and due to the delay I will not be able to have them for the event. It is worth mentioning that I placed the order 4 weeks in advance of the event, so I could be sure to have everything for the event. Very disappointed with the customer service.

You can't beat the customer service. I wrote to them about receiving my product damaged; I had received a box of business cards that were damamged during shipping. I was only trying to let them know that maybe use another shipping company. No, they replaced my order and I had a brand new set of cards the next week. They were efficient and respectful. The email from John Robertson was terrifect. Thank you to all who made that happen. GREAT JOB and very much appreciated.

I've purchased marketing products through Markful/House of Magnets for many years. What draws me is the quality of the product and their personal service. If I fail to order enough, one quick phone call from me and they are on it immediately and I receive a new order within days. Their customer service is amazing compared to most these days. This is probably the only vendor have used exclusively for such a long period of time.

I have been ordering from Marful for many years now. Back since they were House of Magnets. We have an office account with a link for us to have orders filled in with our information. Their turnaround is remarkable. Our last order for business cards this month took less than one week from order date to delivery!!! They have a great selection and some really good "Starter Packs" for new agents. In addition to this, their prices are very reasonable. The only reason I would order from anyone else would be due to them not selling it. And I bet if it was something they could get, they'd do it!

Markful has done it again! I'm thoroughly impressed with my latest order of marketing tools. This season I ordered magnetic calendars, message inserts, business cards, and the car magnets. Ordering is very easy and user friendly, the quality of all the prints are wow and the car magnets are superb! Even their packaging is sleek. After placing my order I realized I overlooked adding an item, I emailed their customer service and they were so kind to accommodate me. My order arrived so quickly, even with my delay, that I have zero excuses to get my seasonal marketing tools delivered! I'm a very very happy customer and will continue to utilize their services!

Needed magnetic business cards in a hurry and Markful was able to rush an order for me getting everything done for the first day of School. They print everything in house so the turn around is quick and in local so I was able to pick up the order. Great customer service!
