we ordered 6 bottles of Buffalo trace from this vender and we didn't see the awful reviews until it was too late to cancel. so we decided to just ride it out. I'm so glad we did! our order was delivered almost a week before the expected date which was a huge bonus. we received tracking info the day after placing the order the tracking was updated daily and it was delivered to our house in perfect condition! Packaged perfectly nothing was broken and we received exactly what we ordered! Will be purchasing through them again!

I purchased a hard to find bottle of liquor prior to reading the reviews here. After reading the reviews, I became concerned and called the store. The rep was very reassuring, but every time I tried to call after that, nobody answered. This obviously made me more concerned. However, I did receive frequent shipping updates via email. The business is legit. They provide shipping updates as well as a UPS tracking number. The product arrived very carefully packaged and was exactly what I ordered. I would definitely consider purchasing again in the future.

I'm shocked at how many "scam" reviews there are here...so glad I didn't read before we ordered...We live in Santa Monica, and only Main Street Liquor in San Diego had what we were looking for. They only charged $19.99 for delivery of 6 bottles of tequila, and they probably spent $50 in the amazing wrapping/packaging they used to keep everything safe! We are so impressed. I suggest you do try Main Street Liquor and/or any of their other stores. We are thankful to have found them!

Complete scam. They charge you, never ship the item, and then charge a "restocking" fee when you ask for a refund. AVOID

BEWARE, THIS OUTFIT IS A SCAM. Ordered several bottles of wine, never received an order number or tracking confirmation. I emailed and called multiple times and got no response. I will report them to the Better Business Bureau.

BEWARE, SCAM. Wish I could give them a negative score. Ordered a Liqueur and never received confirmation email. Multiple calls to shipping were never answered. In mh llast message asked them to cancel the order. Next step will be to challenge the charge through my bank. Thank goodness I took a snapshot of the order number.

Made an online purchase. Over a week later I emailed them using their built-in "contact us" tool to ask for an update as this was for a time sensitive gift. No response. Emailed them again at their "Support@..." email. No response. Days later I called them and was told that they could not source my item and would be refunding my card at some point. Order #BML684999. Could not recommend/will not patronize.

SCAM. Paid twice and realized that it was never coming especially when I sent an email asking about the status of my order and immediately got an email saying there was a fire that took down the inventory.

Yep, easy 1 star. Typical scummy liquor store. They run under a few different names including "Bourbon Hunt USA". I placed an order with them 60 days ago. Didn't hear a peep. Called 30 days in, was assured it was supply issues and my order would be coming. Today marked 60 days, called them and they said Oh we had a fire issue and lost inventory, we have to refund your order. Why is it up to the customer to keep track of 60 day old orders? beats me. Dont waste your time

Waste of time. Ordered 2 bottles, paid for 2 days air shipping,. Bottles never came, I had to call them for them to tell ma they don't carry the bottles even if they had them on the website. Got back my money after a week. Very disappointed as it was for a special event.
