Rachel and her crew are some of the most 'on top of it' people I know. I have been sending out 'lumpy mail' to my customers regularly (promotional products inserted into mailers) for years so I know how tricky and time consuming this type of mailing can be to do right. But you'd never know it from the way these folks handled my latest mailing. Super professional, very timely, excellent followup -- Cindy was great at communicating and keeping us on track. I couldn't be happier with every aspect of the transaction. Working with Mail Management Group saved me so much time - and the cost was very affordable, especially compared to how long it would have taken me to do this myself in-house. These awesome folks will be getting much more of my business .
