You guys have continued to double down on this. This behavior is just so infuriating, considering you took advantage of this heinous extreme labor charge, without even attempting to give me a slight solution to my issue. I do not believe you guys had any intention to install this part (which would be 500 extra dollars) for free. You took advantage of my parents (immigrants) who wanted their daughter's car fixed. You charged insane prices, to FIX my car, but instead I came back with my car who's condition had not changed at all. You took advantage of us. Point blank period. I will continue leaving my reviews up for everyone to know that they should go to other auto-repairs, especially those that are not controlled by a corporate. You will be left unsatisfied. I ended up going to a different auto-repair shop (a smaller, lesser known one) who was baffled by not only the price, but how the mechanics at Lexus failed to see there was an easier hack solution... to take out the fuse causing the issue which these guys did not do, and instead took out major pieces of my car and led my trunk switch in car TO NOT WORK. So, not only did he essentially remove the battery drain issue, the chime issue, and pretty much everything else, but he also charged an amazing rate. I am grateful for going to the new auto-repair, and know definitely to NEVER give Lexus dealership my business again. I hope this review goes out to anyone desperate to have their older or newer car fixed. Do not respond further. I will not change or remove any of my responses.

Buyer beware .. read the fine print in the sale price terms and conditions. It's mandatory that you pay for the Lexus El Cajon Protection Package. I was interested in buying a ES they had advertised. Spoke to the sales manager who then passed my number to another sales guy. The sales guy played games with me. Text me and called me to come in but I wanted to negotiate a price over the phone to save time. He asked me not to use the online portal and let his manager call me back. Nobody ever called. He text me a few weeks later asking if I was still interested. I'm glad I read the fine print saved me time, money and gas.

My car was and has always been serviced at this dealership, I recently went for my scheduled oil change but was told I'd need two new front tores,some electrical work in the key phob area... Fine,I was given the loaner and sent on my way. Almost a week and a half later,I was told my car was ready... Despite driving off in the loaner at half a tank, we returned it at a full tank...what propel me to write this review I hold Lexus in much much HIGHER STANDEREDS ,because my car was GOD AWFUL " FITTHY ". Yes,even then after recovering in Grossmont hospital, Yes,shelling out a little under 2 K ,couldn't wrap my head around the fact that in over 10 days,that it was acceptable to call me,in which that time,I said I'd pick it up the next day,my car WASNT WASHED...LITERALLY PREMATURE of the very place I purchased this Luxurious SUV!!

I would have bought a Lexus NX Hybrid if they ever had any in stock in 2023. I previously bought a CPO RX 350 from this dealership and as far as car dealerships go in San Diego, they are a good one.

A review from two years ago stated that this dealer listed the "Car was listed for one price and sales manager added $2800 to price. Add-ons were for clear coat and ID etching, and a highly inflated price for Safeguard." Well, they are still at it, they list a Lexus we were interested in for 59k, then sent me this email with the add-ons. "Hi Tim, Here is the dealer protection package that I mentioned. Dealer Protection Package: 1: Stargard - GPS Security tracking device to recover from theft. Most insurance companies will give you a better rate with this too. 2: Etchcode - An ultraviolet etch that goes on the front two doors, the hood, trunk and the engine bay. Etchcode pays you $2,500 if your vehicle is stolen and can't recover the parts. This also serves as a theft deterrent. 3: Clear Shield - A shield installed around the trim and door handles to prevent scratches and nicks. 4: Sani-Check - A process done to the vehicle to prevent viruses including covid or virus can live inside the vehicle for up to 7 years." I didn't want these upgrades, but it seems this dealer is intent on inflating the price for items that cost about 3/4 of what they are charging. Additionally, under California Vehicle Code section 11713.1(e), when car dealers publish advertisements for cars and trucks, and those ads include asking prices, then the dealers are prohibited from selling the advertised vehicles for more than their advertised prices, unless the ads specifically list expiration dates that have passed. Further, Section 260.04(b) of the regulations promulgated by California's Department of Motor Vehicles further mandates that advertised vehicles "must be sold at or below the advertised price irrespective of whether or not the advertised price has been communicated to the purchaser." Seems that this dealer feels that they are above the law, this practice has been documented in reviews by other customers and customers are still getting the short end of the stick.

Just purchased a 2022 UX 250H Sport from here. The price was fair and everyone was great to deal with. Hani took care of all the wheeling and dealing over the phone. Eva took care of me once I finally got to the dealership, 1/2 hour before they closed. The car was all washed and gased up waiting for me when I arrived. Everyone was very nice and the transaction was not at all rushed, even given the late arrival just before closing. The full transaction took 2 hours and I didn't hear one complaint about being held back at work for so long. Totally professional and pleasant experience. Eva even called me the next day to make sure I got home (2 hours away) safely. I love the car and wish the dealership were closer to home for me. I highly recommend working the Lexus El Cajon.

I just purchased a pre-owned lexus with the help of Hani. He made the process so easy and I'm so happy with my car. I definitely recommend purchasing a vehicle from here and asking for Hani!

For every car the dealer force $3500 add-on of useless stuff. Bascially this means prices they listed online are fake. They look low but with the add-on they aren't actually that good. They actually includes that as part of their "registration & fees". They do this probably to list higher in carguru or autotrader fraudulently. When people drive here then hit them with the fees. This is very unethical.

We bought a used 2020 RAV 4 in December 2022 and had problems with tires that were replaced on the car. We went to the dealership and discussed with them the problem in April of 2023. The Service Manager, Jay, gave us wonderful service and replaced the two tires that needed replacing and solved our problem!!! EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!! Charlotte and Dennis Adams

I have been bringing my 2008 Lexus RX hybrid here for a few years now, after becoming dissatisfied with another Lexus dealership in town. I am absolutely thrilled with the level of service they provide. The customer service is excellent, the pricing is fair, and they don't try to gouge you with unneeded repairs. I especially enjoy working with service advisor Kevin, and Robert and the others with whom I have come in contact are also very friendly and professional. I highly recommend this place and will continue bringing my car there.

My car was due for an oil change and a couple of recalls. Everyone was nice and friendly, they shared pizza with us while we were there. Especially Jose, he was great on communication and service. I had an awesome experience at Lexus El Cajon. Thank you, Jose!

Never come here if you didn't buy your vehicle at their dealership. They will not honor any service plans unless it is with them. Kristine the service advisor called me last week to have me bring my Lexus in and this morning she completely ignored me and handed me off to Kevin and I was told they can not honor the service contract I purchased through Desert Lexus. Terrible service and took my Lexus home. And I actually spoke with Desert Lexus with their finance manager and they said Lexus El Cajon is just LAZY to call the finance department.
