The team at State Farm Kristie Powell’s office is the best insurance agency ever! They are like family. Always making sure that they have your best interest at heart no matter what! They have been my insurance company for over 15 years and would never consider leaving them to save a few bucks. Their customer service skills are amazing. I can’t be more happy with Kristie and her staff. As we all know our insurance rates have gone through the roof but after my talk with Shelby ( which was awesome to deal with) she went through my policy with me and we got things to be more manageable.
