What a joke! I make an online order of in stock items. Not low stock. Make an account, give them my credit card info, wait 20 min, and they are suddenly out of stock?? The sec my debit paid the item should have been mine period! What an inconvenience I'm never shopping here again.

Great sale today! Got 9 new pieces of fabric to make stuffed bears for my grandchildren! Able to match ribbon and thread despite limited inventory at the Navajo/Fletcher Parkway store.

I am standing in line- a very long line! I have asked 2 times for another checker. Only one person is checking people out! She called for help, no one came! I asked a second time kindly and said "you need some help". After 15 minutes waiting, someone finally came ! When entered the line there were 11 people ahead of me and one checker!

Just about the slowest checkout lines I've ever experienced each time I come here. I don't know it's my bad luck or what, but the cashier just sits and holds conversations as if she doesn't see a huge line forming. It's very inconvenient.

My go to for upholstery supplies. I've deducted a star for my trip today tho... Went in to buy three names worth of wood lettering and ended up having to sort through 4 severely intermixed alphabet styles for about an hour and a half just to find the letters I needed. So Joann - you're welcome for the free labor. Your cashier politely and jokingly asked me if I wanted to clock in. She was nice.

I've been to this store twice, and both times have been stressful so I won't return. It's probably a great store if you know exactly what you want and what they have available in stock without having to ask, as well as a good knowledge of fabrics. If you have a question about whether they stock certain products that are on their website, or if you want something that's locked up behind a glass door (such as the Posca pens I came for and never received), you're out of luck. The staff isn't knowledgeable about the brands they stock, there is so few staff available (around 4 people for a massive store) that if you want help getting a locked up item you're seemingly out of luck unless you want to wait twenty minutes plus, and this is on a quiet Sunday afternoon! I'm generally patient and understanding in these circumstances, but it's happened twice now and the attitude of the workers is that you're putting them out somehow simply by asking for help (or at least the ones I spoke to...I'm sure some are fine). It's a shame as I prefer to support brick and mortar stores when I can, but it's online I go.
