Elizabeth was amazing. She was very kind and professional. She made the process extremely easy and was very personable. I have been shopping for auto insurance quotes and it seems many companies don’t want to insure Californians or it’s just simply hard to speak to a person. Not only was I able to easily get in touch with Elizabeth, she had excellent customer service and was very knowledgeable. I will stick with State Farm for the long run due to this experience.
