Rick and his crew are top notch. I swear that after brining my car to him, upon getting it back, it was better than the day I bought it off the lot! He is truly amazing at his craft, but also just a stand up human as well. We take our personal cars as well as company fleet to him when necessary and have zero hesitation referring him to friends and family!

Had a great experience. First accident I got into, was super stressed. They did an amazing job with my vehicle, I am extremely satisfied with the result. Price was extremely fair. Overall 10/10 would recommend anyone to do business here.

Had some damage on my back bumper and light, my dad & I took it in to get a quick quote and brandon was very helpful. as a courtesy he removed the paint scuff on my car at the same time. got the part ordered that i needed and i had my car in two days later to get fixed. looks great. :)

Wow- I never thought I would be blown away by the positive experience I had! My car was involved in a hit and run accident, and Rick and the team went above and beyond my expectations. They set me up with a rental car when the job took an extra day due to weather, they sent an employee to PICK ME UP to get the rental car, and they even did a SURPRISE REPAIR on the other side of the car from a previous issue! My car hasn't looked this great since I bought it!Want someone to go out of their way to make your experience incredible? Call Rick at Jack Williams. I was having issues with my Mazda. Couldn't figure out what was going on. I stumbled upon this shop by pure luck. I was nervous to go because some auto shops are sketchy. I walked in and immediately was relieved by the professional customer service and care. They fixed my car and at a great price! They didn't try and upcharge me on other things that didn't need to be replaced. 10/10 recommend them and will use them as my go to shop!

Rick has always gone out of his way to help out. Most recently, my niece ended up dropping the car off at another auto body near by on accident. Rick personally went over there and negotiated a price and helped me get my car fixed. I haven't seen any other business where the owner goes out of their way to help customers. My family and I have taken three different cars to Jack Williams Auto Body and Paints, and each time Rick the team has bent over backwards to provide a very high quality repair at an affordable price! They are very friendly, professional, and all around amazing - I cannot speak highly enough about the team there! If you need your car/ suv/ truck restored back to how you had it, look no further!

Excellent professionalism. I had an emergency with the tailgate door on my Prius V work car. I had purchased a door I found in LA and Rick got me in fast and had the job done in one day for a great price. Very happy and will return if needed! Thanks Rick!

I was rear ended when stopped at a red light. My mechanic recommended these folks and I am happy he did. They did a super job and made my car look great. I will definitely use them in the future should I need auto body work.
