“My Grandmother was having trouble with her her landline making her sound like a robot as well as the call being extremely staticky.Contacted cox customer care and within a few days they sent out a wonderful technician. Omar who replaced and updated all of the wiring that had not been updated in the 15+years that my grandmother has lived in the home. He did the job in a timely manner and was very accommodating, professional and able to call me who wasn’t at the appointment to follow up with and let me know the outcome. He went above and beyond thank you again to Omar my grandmothers connection is working nice and strong again. Goodbye to the robot and static!!!”

I was greeted, and the gentlemen took care of my need, and he did a job above and beyond. And what I needed when I came in is what was taken care of when I left. Thank you .
