Christian, the sales Representative, was extremely awesome through and through, and extremely transparent from beginning to end. Super Family friendly oriented and HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Indian Motorcycle El Cajon is the BEST! From sales to service I have nothing but praise. Christian was knowledgeable and patient throughout the sale. I ended up with a sport chief and I absolutely love it. Matt has helped me with all the modifications and routine maintenance. His work is flawless, and I usually get the bike back the same day. Glenn the owner is always walking around, it’s comforting to know if you have a problem he’s right there to resolve it. I highly recommend you stop in for anything motorcycle related.

These guys are awesome, first dealership I've been where they don't try and give you the shaft. I had a bad experience from fbc and ended up overpaying for a z400 like a dummy. Had it for barely a year and decided to pull up to Indian El Cajon. Explained my situation with Christian and he helped me without a question and got me on a new 2024 Scout along with a good deal on the warranty, some free merch, and free oil changes for my 5k services. If you're buying an Indian, do not hesitate to go here. Christian's motto, "Getting a new bike doesn't have to be hard." Dude lives by it

My recent visit to El Cajon Indian was even better than the others, but not because I liked the price or the mechanics, both of which give me great comfort, but THIS story is different.Upon speaking with a the dealership, I suggested they should polish up my bike due to it being there instead of with me...lol. And guess what, they did! So being the instigator of shenanigans, I went outside with a magnifying glass to find an undone spot, I did not... however the dealership owner did! He then proceeded to clean and polish my Roadmaster! Wow! Wow! Wow! They don't have to do any of that, but they did!! I made the right decision to buy here a few years back, and I assure everyone my next bike (Pursuit) will be bought here! This is quality service on every level, Bikes, Apparel, Accessories, Parts and Service as well as the Indian backed Warranty ! CLASS ACT.THANK YOU GLEN AND MATT AND CHRISTIAN AND THE SKINNY GIRL BEHIND COUNTER... GOD Bless

By far the BEST Indian dealership/shop I have been to. The owner is constantly interacting with customers and his staff. The mechanics are very fourth coming with information and ensure that you always know whats going on with your ride. The sales staff is very helpful and won't gouge you unnecessary incentives. I will continue to go here for as long as I live in San Diego.

Went in on a Monday morning, got my bike appraised while I was given the opportunity to test drive a sport Chief and a Springfield dark horse. Christian made this all super easy, non stressful, and very enjoyable morning to leave with a new bike! I gave him all the information about my reasons for a new bike and he was able to come up with those options with ease! He is very informative about the bikes, deals, and reality of the process! Highly recommend Christian and the El Cajon dealership! Great staff and comfortable environment that will get the bike you deserve in a timely manner.

ordered parts on line ( not El cajon indian) and they didn't fit, so I went to El cajon indian, they showed me that the parts ordered are not the correct ones. They were able to sell me the correct parts . Awesome customer service. support your local. The net failed me

Clean Dealership but when I walked in and someone said hey to me that was the last contact I had with anyone for 25 minutes until I got ready to leave when someone said bye. No one came to the floor to ask what I was looking for, if I needed help, nothing. Pretty sad.

The cashier is worthless it should be a crime to be so lazy.I know indian had promotions going on I had to adviser of these promotions for her to activate them.Hmmmm, where is the customer service so I guess buyer be ware I rather go to kerney mesa indian where they have customer service
