Based on my experience here, the store was semi-organized for the most part. Noticed various things in the wrong places, torn packages, and scattered mismatched items. Customer service was not good. Employee I encountered wasn't friendly or welcoming. Prices are kind of steep on certain items for the quality of clothing they sell. Wouldn't recommend this location or return.

Rude evening employees. Came here to ask questions regarding an item as we were leaving right by the door one girl crew just yelled at us from a distance so ratchet fr. No need to yell we were right at the door? Like common sense pls? You could have just walked and told us but it dont make sense bc were right at the door? Just go in the fashion valley branch.

I went today at 11:00 to buy a skirt. I had a bad experiencia with the cashier. She was really rude and mean. She makes me feel really bad. She never said say anything, just the price of the item I bought - like she was made me a favor - Never look at me, or try to make me comfortable in that store. People in that store are the face of the brand. Disappointed.

5 stars across the board for Quinton, he was attentive and helped me with all my needs, he took care of me from the moment i walked in, to finding my items, and getting me checked out. Definitely will be back as long as Quinton is there, 10 stars if it would let me!

I mean it's great fast fashion. They did a great thing with extending the return policy to January 31st for holiday returns. Otherwise the return policy blows.

I would give this location zero star if I could. Please be aware customers! They charged me $35 for item that I didn't even buy. Some crooks working here. The girl with dark straight hair at the register (will do a favor and not put her name) charged me for item that I didn't purchase and I only found it on my receipt once I got home. Had to waste my time to go back and get my money back. They checked cameras and of course they confirmed that I was correct. No apologies, nothing. Worst location ever. Employees there don't know how to do their job.

Employee “Isabel” was very rude. Treat others how you want to be treated. Her attitude was just horrible. If you don’t want to help customers then don’t work in retail!!!

I might only visit this place once a year cause most of the time I use their app to order stuffs online, but since I was in the area, I stopped by for a bit, found some pants that maybe would fit me, I came to all the fitting rooms which they were all closed. I assumed the employee would be able to open them for me to try on my clothes, so I went to grab a random girl on the floor, her response was astounding :) she said sorry the fitting room is closed only closed for today, wow I guess it was not my lucky day then, I could careless since I cannot try them on, so I won't be able to buy any, her customer service was so helpful, I bet she can't bring any business to this store, just ashamed that H&M is always part of my wardrobe

They were very nice people and it was a very nice store unfortunately very few people have things that people really need today we love to be able to see certain sizes of just basic polo shirts probably something structured more for work than for just enjoying it and play but they were very nice about it I'll go back there's something else I need God bless you all and have a great day
