Always busy enough to feel safe. I always take my daily here before a carmeet. Pretty friendly environment. They got a towel ringing stations located at different spots which I thought was cool!

Disappointing experience! I wasted time and gas to get here from La Mesa. There is the Lemon Grove location, but I've always liked this El Cajon spot because its bigger.
I've never had issues using my credit card here, but this is my second attempt using a brand new CapitalOne credit card.
Sent a text along with the stall #. Got a response pretty quickly, but only to be told that the machine probably doesn't like my card. What?! The person then said sorry, have a nice day.
I'm almost certain owners of this establishment live on site, plus there is an rv parked here. It seems like they could care less about one customer who is experiencing trouble with their card. They definately do good business here.
The machines are rather old. I'd suggest anyone using a card to bring multiple cards if you don't have cash in case the machine doesn't pick it up.
They could've at least come out to check the machines while I was still here

Good drive thru car wash. Price was not bad and my car came out clean. It also gave a vacuum token. I would definitely come back.

Best drive through car wash in the area. There is usually a wait, but it does not seem as long as the other automatic car wash nearby. The vacuum token is a bonus to coming here. The time allowed is more than enough to vacuum a mid-size, including the trunk area, provided it is not extremely dirty.

It's a thoughtful touch that makes the experience even better. Overall, this is a great facility with excellent services. My only wish is that they offered a monthly membership!

Open 24 hours. They have a wringer for wringing out a chamuouis or towel. If it's busy pull into the covered area to dry your car so other's can start washing their car's.

I have been a loyal customer here for 10 years but lately (maybe due to who sits in office) the prices have gone up and value gone down tremendously. $1 per minute for the self serve wash. For a minute they stopped giving out vacuum tokens with the machine washes. That has come back. I understand inflation and stuff as a business owner myself but I just feel like we’re all paying the finance payments + insurance on that Tiffany Allegro bus RV parked at establishment…

Equipment is in excellent condition as compared to other carwashes in the area. If you're going to run a carwash business, then your equipment needs to do what you say it's gonna do and wash my car properly. Other nearby carwashes can not make the same claim.
