9303 Bond Ave, El Cajon“Best gym ever! Classes like personal training. It’s more like a family than a gym. They work with injuries also and make sure you are using equipment properly to avoid injuries. I had a wonderful experience with this gym. Last year they even had a Friendsgiving which was alot of fun. If you want to transform your body and be in great health I highly recommend this gym!!!”

13465 Camino Canada, El Cajon“Great gym. Personally I don’t talk with people when I work out and none of the staff of other people working out get in my way or try to chat. But I do see them being very friendly with people just joining the gym or who just want to talk. Like I said great spot and good people. Also it is basically never busy. Like nowhere near 24 hour fitness. There is a squat rack open probably 99 times out of a hundred”
“Obsessed is an understatement. This is the most amazing workout you will ever experience. Mary is such an inspiration. She drives you and pushes you in every way possible. From the environment to how welcome I felt makes me come back three times a week. She’s not just my gym instructor: she’s influenced my life and made me feel comfortable within my own skin. She knows all of her girls’ strengths and weaknesses and works with each and every one of us to ensure we are meeting our fitness goals. She has transformed my body and made me love the skin I’m in. I love to come to the gym just to see her and workout. The gym is always clean: top of the line equipment and the best is nothing is the same. You will always have something new to do: from the workout routine to the floor exercises. Aside from the gym she has the most comfortable clothing line :MK athleisure. Who doesn’t want to feel and look good while working out. She cares about each and every one of us and most importantly ensuring our form is correct while maneuvering through each workout.Thank you Mary for not only being my trainer but caring and motivating me to be a better version of myself. She was the best decision I ever made.”

1810 John Towers Ave, El Cajon“I cannot rave enough about East County Crossfit! I started coming here when I moved to San Diego in 2023. Although there are many great coaches at East County, I have spent the most time with Coach Paul and Coach Erica. Both are fabulous coaches that are focused on preventing injury and helping you become strong and more athletic.I used to think that Crossfit was too intense for me or that I would bulk up. Spoiler alert, it is actually somewhat difficult to build muscle and found that instead of becoming bulky, I have become more lean and fit. And so much stronger! East County offers 3 different options at each workout, level 1, level 2 and an alternate option (like weight vest Wednesday), plus a fun partner workout on Fridays. Any one of any fitness level is able to join with the help of these fabulous coaches. My favorite part about East County is that it gave me a community when moving to a new city. I actually look forward to my 5:15am workout class! Okay, I also really appreciate the focus on longevity and preparing our bodies to be healthy as we age. I highly recommend this gym!”
“I've been a dedicated member with the trainers, namely Nick Bates, for over 6 years, and I can confidently say it’s the best fitness community I've ever been a part of. The trainers here truly excel in their craft, with a keen focus on proper form to help you build muscle effectively and, more importantly, prevent injuries.Their expertise in guiding members through workouts is unmatched. They pay special attention to each individual, ensuring that you get the most out of your sessions while staying safe. It's not just about lifting weights here; it's about doing it right. The trainers are incredibly knowledgeable, approachable, and committed to your fitness journey. Over the years, I've seen remarkable progress in my strength and overall fitness, thanks to their guidance and support. The gym itself is well-equipped, clean, and well-maintained. It's a welcoming environment that encourages you to push your limits while feeling comfortable and motivated. If you're looking for a gym where the trainers truly care about your progress, emphasize proper form, and prioritize injury prevention, this place is a hidden gem.”

1067 Broadway, El Cajon“I have been happily attending this wonderful place for eight years. I call it, "My happy hour." When I found out about El Cajon, Jazzercise I just wanted to give myself the opportunity to find another way to stay active since going to the gym just isn't for me. From the first class I realized that not only is exercising but Jazzercise is dancing, having fun and meeting people with the same needs that I had. Exercise in a fun and enjoyable way. The time goes by very quickly, I do what the Dr and anyone who knows a little about health would recommend. Exercise regularly.

469 Broadway, El Cajon“I came to Gonzalo with a BIG deadlift goal in mind. I had been lifting for a few years on my own, so a part of me questioned whether I “needed” a coach. I did it anyway and am grateful because I’m leaving 2023 a better, more skilled and confident powerlifter. Gonzalo is BIG on injury prevention; seeing evidence of that week over week encouraged me to push my limits more than I would have. Our sessions were insightful and my form is significantly improved. Gonzalo is a fabulous coach and the BEST investment I’ve made in myself this year. I am better because of him and RTS Fitness.”

198 W Main St, El Cajon“I have been a member for only a few months and have been trying the different locations in east county. El Cajon is by far the best 24 hour location that I have visited so far! An employee named Olivia was making the rounds, filling the sanitizer bottles and paper towels, picking up discarded water bottles, putting away the left out weights, and saying hi to the patrons present.tAll fitness equipment was functional, not even one “out of order” sign (Navajo- every other machine is broken). College grove is the filthiest gym with no regard for cleanliness z there are always dust bunnies, crumpled up paper towels, discarded water/drink bottles. I would gladly drive a few extra miles to have a non-frustration experience at the El Cajon 24-hour fitness location.”
“The facility is more than a CrossFit athlete (competitive or not) can ask for. Plentiful equipment to include a recovery room fitted with a cold plunge and sauna. The coaches are amazing, the programming is seamless, and the atmosphere is welcoming. The best CrossFit gym I have had the pleasure to train at.”
