The worst customer service in the world the have 10 different phone numbers and don’t answer any of them any of the time. When you get down to the physical location their doors are lockedOr when you do catch anybody there the bookkeepers husband wants to answer your “legal” tax questionsWhich he’s not authorized legally to doshady peopleUPDATE!The tax preparer has time to follow up a 1star review THE NEXT DAY but doesn’t have the time in the day to answer a simple phone call from loyal customers.Shady shady people ??????????
