They have two managers, a man and a woman, they are not good enough to be managers, they are rude and disrespectful, especially the Spanish manager does not deserve to be a manager, she better get fired there was a guy he was jus a costumer but he was a Karen he scared my kids , he yelled at my kids while they were watching the toys and the Spanish manager started talking to the guy at Hispanic she was very rude to me and my kids, shame on her for such a low life and disrespectful woman and also the manager guy of course he listen to that manager this store needs a good manager

There's nothing of a goodwill about this so called thrift store.Over priced and scaming you.Go to salvation army thrift store and moms and pops thrifts.

I went to this Goodwill with my mom after dinner. I brought 2 items for $13.00. Good items that will be useful. Its useful. The parking is good. They have a big parking lot with lots of other stores near by. The staff where nice and helpful. I will return again soon.

Don’t like how people constantly rip off the set prices and bargain. It’s not fair and not right. I’ve worked in retail before and I know the fustrations, people need to work for living too. I’ve always found what I’ve been looking for each visit . Minus the early resellers that write their own prices and the shoes each morning.

My teenage daughters and I all found clothes we liked and even a couple good pairs of shoes. The employees we encountered were friendly.

So this might not be the biggest Goodwill but staff is friendly and it's not overpriced (like the Goodwill in Santee for example.) I found a few things so it was a good thrift day!

This is a busy hub for drop off items. Very convenient. Drive up and drop off. They help with items too. They are trying to help people with job training and employment. Friendly and organized. I have been helping a friend downsize and have dropped off a lot of stuff and they are helpful every time.

This may be the best Goodwill store in the greater San Diego area. I only go here for puzzles, Blu-Ray movies, and books, and the place usually surprises me by what it has in stock. I used to go here a lot when I worked in the area. My workplace was maybe a ten minute drive from this place? Now I can't come here as often because I work far away from here, and that makes me a bit sad.I wish I had discovered the place earlier than I did.
