They closed the GameStop in La Mesa a while ago so I bring my kid here most of the time now. They are friendly and helpful. I don't think I've ever had a bad experience at any location that I can remember. This one feels pretty cramped, but it's typical of the locations that are still open in my experience. Usually my son preorders his games and we pick them up at release. I can't speak to the selection here since he's not a drop in shopper. There's plenty of parking and it's located in the same shopping center as Target, so fairly easy to find..

Ended up at this location entirely by accident when ordering for the wrong Broadway location within our county, but I am so happy I did! Peter was incredible with his customer service!

David, the supposed manager at GameStop's Broadway location, either doesn't know his own company policies or he intentionally misleads customers. Either way, his conduct is despicable and unbecoming of a manager. The only thing he has managed is he managed to run me off to a different location for my gaming needs. I bought an item online and never used it. It was brand new but David refused to accept the return in store because he (falsely) claimed that GameStop stores couldn't accept returns for online orders over $100. However, after coming back home, I decided to check GameStop's policies just to be sure. Turns out the limit was actually $500. So David maybe doesn't know about his own company or maybe he enjoys tricking customers. Either way, I went to a different location and had absolutely no problem at all. Looks like David just cost GameStop Broadway one loyal customer.

Prices are like Sees candies , but look good enough to buy and eat . But I bought five pieces of candy there and it cost me , $ 16.00 dollars ,way too much

Worst customer service I've ever dealt with. Horrible company that can't even keep track of it's own preorders. They're only good at canceling orders. That's all they know how to do...nothing but a circus...

The store, as always is organized easily navigated...the employee was extremely knowledgeable, even with the older games...that were priced very affordably
