So...I was at this particular GameStop on this last Sunday when my beautiful daughter was getting something. The worker "David" was so kind and generous towards myself and my family thought this deserved a 5 star review. My words to David is this..thank you for everything. You deserve a promotion for sure.

A man who serves with long hair, I didn't know his name, served my children very badly, he spoke to them as if they were stupid and didn't understand... Obviously my children have doubts that's why they ask and he seemed to be doing us a GREAT FAVOR .. My youngest son has had a membership for more than 5 years in a row and I think this will be his last year, I will not let him renew.. REGRETTABLE SERVICE! This was at Parkway Plaza..

Ordered a PlayStation 5 from them since they said same day delivery. Few days later, never received the product or got an update. Had to call and wait about one hour before someone helped me. Turns out the delivery driver somehow cancelled my order. How does that happen, how can the driver cancel an order. Also, I was never notified that they cancelled my order. Makes no sense. Ordered new one from Amazon. Won't buy from GameStop ever again.

My shopping experience today is a microcosm of why retail stores are dying… I go in to pick up my online order. They tell me it’s not ready and I’ll have to come back, yet I see the products I paid for. I asked if I could grab them and hand it to them and complete the transaction. Blank stares. Eventually one employee did the unthinkable and made that happen. I then tried to purchase some gift cards but they couldn’t ring them up. Why carry a product that you cannot sell? Shrugs. WiFi was down, so no luck buying that from them. Guess I got to get it on Amazon. So long GameStop. You will not be missed when you eventually go extinct.

The employees here are so nice and knowledgeable with their customers! Every time I've gone into the parkway plaza game stop I've had a great experience thanks to the employees. Will always choose to go to this location over the others in my area.

The guy at the counter was really helpful. gave useful suggestions, and knew what he was talking about. As usual, they try to sell you useless insurance and memberships. I'm not bothered by it because it's their job.
