the best place around . one of the only honest places left . best buy stole my money i had to change my card at my bank because of them and freeway insurance is a rip off dont even go there your better off burning your money or something they quoted me 400 first month liability he said that with a smile on his face telling me he was gonna hook me up anyways fred loya is the only place for me ..

Feels like this company running away with your money.. only 3 tables and printer in a square room … one by one closing its sattelites now only in el cajon and esco coz nobody wants their insurance,, thru enough did not refunded my add driver and car fee $100,, after not renewing my policy( claiming 1 insurance per houshold) ; what if your policy holder has roommates? With different insurance of course…rip off indeed!!????

I read all their review about this business and the most they complaining each one saying something about what he’s feeling negative or positive, but what I am feeling that at least I have insurance car. It’s very important to have it and it was lower than anyone because I have a luxury car , most the insurance I called there was $400 over a pay only $600 it’s great for rent for six months with a luxury car. I’m happy with that and the person who help me to finish my paper. It was great man.

worst company to have insurance with and worst to even have one of their drivers to hit you and have them pay you out after they fault their own driver, real bad phone service, no ones contact info is what they say it is, and to top it off they make you pay out of pocket for your rental and send you a check in the mail that gets canceled and has to be resent to you for a 2nd time then to having a direct access account to pay for the rental.. bullshit company all in general, this company should be looked at as a scheme or fraudulent business and checked out by the federal government for their business practices, the ceo should to fred loya should just light a match and burn it to the ground before he gets caught in some fraudulent activities!!!

Ernesto was super helpful, nice, and professional. After going back and forth on the phone with Fred Loya he made my visit quick and simple. His patience and empathy is how all Fred loyas should run the business. I love from El Cajon but this will be my preferred office from now on.
