Have been banking here since I moved into the neighborhood 6 years ago. The staff is friendly, helpful & professional. Know them all by name. They always liked my therapy dog & gave him treats.

Walked in today and none of the employees were wearing masks. There's a record number of cases in the city. Get a clue, people.

As a veteran of the United States Navy I find your customer service rude and insulting. Entered bank for fair exchange Twenty dollar bill for Twenty dollars in quarters. Never asked if account holder? Am told this is not normal part of job & usually you must be account holder? Fear of fraud? You are a bank, no where is stated must be account holder for service? What if I was potential account holder? Fraud, you have insurance & I am sure your employees expertise at there job they can tell or ask for verification. You are a bank, so much for customer service and showing true colors of only protecting greedy self interest in projection negativity, welcome to the new age old capitalistic rhetoric of poor public relations of customer is always first. Terrible business practice/procedures

Wow, absolutely horrible customer service. I came by today to look at opening an account, my wife was supposed to meet me there, so I parked and waited for her (decided to eat some soup). No less than 30 seconds, an employee comes up and says I can't park there, it's for customers only (he parked next to me in customer spot). I explain I'm waiting for my wife and think we're good. 2 min later, another employee comes out and takes a picture of my license plate! I go inside, use the ATM, and complain/confront the lady snapping pics, then return to my car to continue waiting for my wife, who doesn't have her phone, so I can't even call her to go somewhere else. I even pulled out of the spot and double parked in front of the Employee, and then the manager comes out. Talk about harassment, all because I was waiting for my wife to open an account and they didn't believe me for some reason. Well, based off that. I'll never be a first citizens customer if they allow employees to harass customers like that.

I have visited this bank branch several times and it has been pleasure to do business here. First citizens has free personal and business checking. And as a side note there are always some sweet treats in the lobby. The people that work there doesn't change often so you are dealing with familiar person every time.
