I needed a part for my residential sprinkler system. Ferguson didn't have it, but worked with me to find someone who did. Great customer service, especially considering they weren't going to get any business from me!

Called needing help finding some specific parts for a Fire Sprinkler. This guy Johnathan took the time to make sure I had what I needed. All though it wasn't a very big purchase I was impressed how he quickly found what I needed and was very patient about it. This type of customer service is not very common In this day and age.
