I sent a package thru this store and representative let me know that the package can be sent back to this store to be picked up.
My information was on the label sent to this location and delivery was declined due to "Delivery Refused".
Now my shipment is being sent back to Hong Kong, which will be many additional days for them to receive and then ship back. Super pissed & frustrated that false information was provided.

FedEx is the absolute worst delivery service known to man. The representatives at the facilities and the representatives over the phone have no customer service skills. It's absolutely pathetic. They do not want to help you and do not want to assist in getting packages you have ordered to you. They will hang up on you even when you stay calm, just because they do not want to do their job and are lazy. FedEx is the absolute worst, and their over the phone supervisors are the biggest joke of any company I have ever spoken to.

Damaged a $1400 phone in transit that they now refuse to deliver. I swear every single time I use fedex they find a way to massively drop the ball. Apple for whatever reason decided to ship with FedEx despite me warning them not to, and alas. Phone gone. Oh but don’t worry, now I get to file a claim and deal with that nightmare!!
I can only recommend FedEx if you like losing money, items and wasting hours of your time fighting a company of people that share 1 brain cell. If all those things are what you seek, look no further!

The young lady who with short curly hair who closes at this location was pushy, disrespectful and just straight rude. I feel like if you have a job where you engage with customers, you should talk to people in a nice way, not like you are annoyed. She was telling people you can get our help now or leave cause we close on 20 mins. I couldn't believe how she was treating people. I am glad I knew what I was going because I definitely wasn't going to ask her for help.

I walked in at a very busy time. The place was 'bustling' with activity. I whispered that I needed hands-on help with printing several bank documents (hard copies to submit for insurance reimbursement purposes).(Lady B) suggested that I use my bank app to take screenshots of the documents. She then took my phone, sent herself an email with my document screenshots attached, printed them, and charged me less than $4. What great customer service! ✅️If I had used one of their public computers (at 45 cents a minute), I would've paid much more! ?She also informed me that I could bring my laptop and use their WIFI anytime at no charge! ✔️?I really wanted to give her a $5 bill as a 'thank you' for saving me time, anxiety & money!Thanks, (Lady B.)! ?

I visit FedEx on Jamacha and El Cajon from time to time to make some copies or fax and this particular time the staff was lazy and didn't want to work they were very rude and then great me at the door didn't want to talk and the senior staff I asked for help and she was like I'll show you how to work the machine after a while when I needed help she just had a younger staff help instead rate the staff very low. But there was a young man that was nice and helpful that made my visit a little better

I had one print to make, using my own paper. The staff was really helpful in ensuring the correct paper was being used on the print. They walked me through the entire process. This locations appears to be a bit busy but a lot of staff were present for assistance. A one sided page to print in color was .60 cents.

We came in early to because we had a lot that needed done and did not know how we were going to do it. Our documents needed printed, downloaded, scanned, uploaded, put on a flash drive, sent to emails the courts, attorneys etc... Eddie was so instrumental in ensuring we had everything we needed and staying with us until we were finished, he basically came to us whenever we excuse the term for lack of better words back and called him, until we were finished. We for the first time in weeks were able to breathe a sigh of relief knowing that all of needs were going to be taken care of correctly without any problems. Before we came here we went to a couple of other places. We went to Office Depot & the Library, and with both locations we experienced multiple issues from none of the documents scanned correctly and half of the words were missing, to sent to wrong emails, you get the picture. I can not thank your employee Eddie enough for all of his attentiveness and help. We would have been lost wothout him. We will be back service was amazing, highly suggest you stop here before you waste your money or time which is money anywhere else. Special thanks to Roman also for helping us 2 days before so well that we had enough confidence to us FedEx's services again!
