I had an excellent experience at this location. Two employees in particular: Michelle & Trinity, really stood out in terms of costumer service & support. They went above and beyond in ensuring I had everything I needed when I was shipping my PC, helping out immensely and making my experience stress free and quick.

I want to thank this location. I was on the phone in their store for over 25 minutes trying to resolve the shipping issue that ninja did not want to take responsibility for. They went out of their way to help me out and I really appreciated it.
