Don't even talk to the salesperson, RUN! My sister and I were actually in the market for some good meat, we haven't been happy with the grocery store's meat. The truck drove up next to us while we were parked and said "can you help me out, I have 2 cases left to sell today...So, we took a look and thought we'll try it. Nothing was said about NO Refunds if we weren't happy. We tried a T-Bone that night, absolutely uneatable, couldn't chew it, spit it out, no taste. Just awful! Then the gross conversations with a desk person who has ZERO customer service experience began. She told us we cooked it the wrong way, and explained the instructions are in the brochure and that there are NO REFUNDS stated as well in the brochure. Well we never got a brochure. She said she would be happy to have the meat exchanged, and I gave her my phone number and address, to which I never received a call. Then ironically we ran into Dave, our salesman and told him what happened and he gave me a brochure. He said I could call my bank and dispute the sell, but don't tell anyone he said that, REALLY! There were no cooking instructions in the brochure, it was just the products for sell. I finally reached the owner, and he was so rude, telling me in no way will I get my money back and that he would replace the meat, well after trying 7 pieces of meat and all uneatable, I was certainly not interested in anymore. He also told me that his girl Friday would never had told me how to cook the meat the way she told me. She has worked for him for 7 years and would never have said that, then he told me how to cook it, which was the way I cooked it. I asked him why he wouldn't take back the meat and refund me if his meat was so good. He told me because he had a person buy a bunch of meat, had a party, and then asked for his money back. Well, I'm sure the poor guy had some unhappy friends. This company should be reported to the BBB. Which I may just do. And, I did get my money back, which I had already called my bank to file a dispute before Dave told me I could, some real brain trusts at this company. Again, run when you see their truck approach you.
