I was waiting 12 days for the medicines and they did not arrive, ( happened twice)and when I called them they told me the medicines had been delivered and they gave me the signature and I spoke to Daniel and I told him we had not received anything and he told me verbatim and all in a cold tone, “We are happy if the pharmacy changes because we will not continue to serve you.

I went there today , and they have a great coustmer service. I asked them for covid-19 test and they did it right away . No appointment needs and walk-in are welcome and they will give you the results within 15 min. Highly recommend. Thank you family pharmacy center team.

One of the best pharmacies in the town, they are so friendly and fast. I have been going there for couple months, and they are so helpful & they do the medications on time. Great place and highly recommended for the people who lives around the area. Also, they have free delivery.

So i asked if i would be provided with a detailed receipt. I was told over the phone yes, I pay and ask again if I'm going to be provided with an additional receipt for FSA purpose's. Again I'm assured i will be.This is a typical bussiness trying to take advantage of the Covid pandemic. Hoarding at home Covid tests and charging $75 per test. Once provided with results i ask for the detailed receipt, young lady says oh i have u the credit card machine receipt that's all I have.
