I bought a car from them two weeks ago. Audrey was very helpful and answered all the questions I had about my trade in and the vehicle I ended up buying. There was no pressure to buy a car or pay extra for upgrades.Some car dealerships will try to pressure people to pay extra for a car and will lie to you, just to make a sale.The people at Enterprise Car Sales are honest and I am glad I bought my car from them.

My experience with enterprise car sales is always a pleasant, hassle free, and down right an experience that everyone should encounter. The selection of cars are all certified and carfax checked. Always low miles and affordable prices.The sale team are always polite and friendly. I have bought three vehicles there and will continue to shop there first. Audrey and Dima were great to do business with and they truly had my best interest in mind.My daughter got to see first hand on how convenient it is to purchase a car through Enterprise Car Sales in El Cajon. I will certainly be back for my wife’s car in future.Thank you Enterprise for the always great experience.

I rented a car from Enterprise and really loved it. I was referred to this location and they had the exact car I wanted. Jenny helped me throughout the process and she was awesome. She made sure I had all the details and even accommodated an extended test drive so I can show my Mom before buying. Jenny made the process easy and no-pressure. Great place to buy. Positive experience.

Thank you El Cajon Enterprise car sales especially to Morris Mathew for a beyond excellent customer service. Bought a car for my 17 years old daughter, she didn't know what exactly a car she wants and Morris helped us find a car that fit for her and our budget. Now, it's been a month that my daughter's driving her car and loves it, a Nissan Altima 2020. I will definitely will come back to El Cajon Enterprise Car sales and look for Morris Mathew when it's time to buy a used car

I had one of the best experiences with Enterprise Car Sales. I walked in on a Saturday with the intention of looking at one or two cars. Josh M. allowed me to test a couple to see how I felt. He not once pushed a sale on to me. He explained things to me and said he would be there if and when I was ready. I went home and did some more research, but because of my interaction, I kept feeling that Enterprise was the way to go. Both him and Omar helped me with the processing of the sales and I was able to walk out Tuesday with a car that was meant for me. Thank you to both them and the Enterprise team for a positive experience.

I stopped by here because I saw a vehicle parked in the lot that I wanted to purchase. The purchase process was OK and Jenny was great even though I experienced her peers kind of talking down to her and I even let her know that I thought it was inappropriate, also, I've been waiting for a spare key for a month and a half which they promised within one week on a Tuesday when the key guy is there I've yet to receive a call from them, they don't really care about you once you sign your papers and drive off the lot. Would never buy from them again or refer.

I had a great experience car shopping with Enterprise. Elias was an amazing rep. Very helpful in answering all of our questions and addressing all of our concerns. Josh was a great help in finding the exact car we wanted. Overall, very pleased with the entire Enterprise team in El Cajon location. Fast and easy car buying experience. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Just a fantastic experience. Took a risk and had a feature-packed F150 shipped from Chicago to San Diego. It arrived early and in near-perfect condition. Got a great price on both the truck and my trade-in. Big shoutout to salesman Julian, Dima, and branch mgr Omar for flawless work.

My original review was a 5 star review but did do customer service after purchase of a vehicle. I changed it to a 3 because I've made numerous calls to Josh who at 1st was awesome. They were awesome till he gets you. The vehicle sold efficiently. Then they don't call you back so be aware of that. I had questions regarding warranty and vehicle servicing and couldn't get hold of him and nobody else would call back either so. The 5 star review went from that to a 3 star review cause after purchase the vehicle customer service went totally downhill. They were done with me I guess because they already sold the vehicle. I'm actually making A two star review really

I had one weekend to get a new car without incurring rental car charges, so being able to look at the inventory beforehand and get a purchase completed in one day was great. I do think some of the information I was given was a little less than transparent; check v debit card would increase credit checks was not quite accurate and the discount given for being a AAA member...not so much. On my way home a warning malfunction appeared on the dash monitor. But, I could not recreate once I dismissed. However, I have had problems with a bad battery and now a mass air flow sensor is out. Enterprise fixed the bad battery, but no one is returning my calls for the sensor. I did buy a basic maintenance plan, since it was a used car, but I don't think I should have to pay my deductible for a sensor replacement when I haven't even had the car 2 months. I would definitely have whatever car you are buying checked out...
