I purchased a Nissan versa 2020 back in 2022. I ended up having multiple issues with it and spent a lot on repairs. It broke down on me a month ago and left me stranded. Two days ago it kept malfunctioning so I turned it in for a 2025 Honda Civic Sports. I just expected my Nissan to last longer than 2 years since when I bought it here I was told it passed a background check.

The car was nice, clean, everything was great with the car. However we called and reserved a car over the phone and confirmed everything with them to make sure we had everything set, yet when we got there everything changed.

Love the car and the sales people were very nice. Decided on the car via web site and signed the deal, driving off with less than 2 hours on the lot. But I still haven't gotten the floor mats promised. The detail job was shaky at best, coffee stains on the seat and not vacuumed. Lesson learned: If you don't have it when you drive off the lot Never ever expect it!

Recently needed a car replacement and my experience with Enterprise Rental car has been very good, so visited the car sales of Enterprise in El Cajon. The staff on site was very informative, helped us look at different makes and models of vehicles and arranged for test drives. A nice thing about the lot is that there are different makes and models of cars to look at and test drive. Kia, Nissan, Ford, Chevy, etc. Cars come with a 12 month, 12,000 mile powertrain warranty. Most cars are 2020-2022 models and have around 60,000 miles. We went with a Kia Soul that still had some manufacturer warranty on it. No pressure sales, easy to work with the staff and would return when in need of another vehicle. If looking for a car, then I would suggest at least giving Enterprise a look.

This dealership sold me a Hyundai Kona that has significant interior damage with exposed wires of the tail light in the side panel of the hatch back. It’s in an inconspicuous corner that I would never have thought to look and the dealership refuses to repair it. The taillight panel is just completely missing and you can even see the hair of whoever worked on it stuck in the electrical tape of the wires. The windshield wipers were also completely disintegrated in the front and back and they only replaced the back wiper. The metal of the wipers was running across the glass and I couldn’t even use my car when it started to rain suddenly. Please be careful when you buy here. Alex was extremely high pressure in person and then refused to return my phone calls. Do not trust the so called enterprise quality inspection and I would recommend to go somewhere else to buy a car.
