Patrick And Jordan, came to our home today to put all our electronics together and program them. When they showed up they were given four boxes of plugs ,wires and cable equipment. These ten guys were awesome !!! They did such a great job. They didn't miss anything. They were able to put it all back together with ease. We would use you and your company again anytime. The guys at Electronc ER really helped me out when I though my hard drive was toast! I brought it to another computer repair place that claimed they could recover my data and instead reformatted my drive completely!After waiting 6 years I finally mustered up enough courage to have Electronic ER have a chance at it. I wasn’t expecting to get anything back so I felt I didn’t have anything to lose. They were able to recover all of my lost data!You know what they say, great service isn’t cheap and cheap service isn’t great but great barely scratches the surface of how I feel about these guys!If you need data recovery I highly recommend you try these guys out first!???

Electronic ER was the designated adjuster for us through our renter's insurance. Recovering from a flooded home (thanks, upstairs neighbors) is a stressful, overwhelming time for just about everyone that's unfortunate to go through such a life event. Nevertheless, Electronic ER was extremely courteous and fast with their role in the process. I gave them 10/10 on their feedback survey, and I would absolutely recommend people use their services just based off of the first part of my experience alone.
Unfortunately for me, there had been a misunderstanding between us, our insurance, and Electronic ER. Since most insurance claim services occur between 9a-5p, the person available to help guide and sign things (me) had not been involved with the claim process at all, and did not realize that our insurance may potentially not cover the expenses. So on top of the stress of replacing our destroyed personal belongings, moving back in and unpacking, personal life issues, we had a brand new bill >$1k that we were expected to front.
Despite them being in the clear of the pickle I'd got myself into, Electronic ER was so kind enough to waive our fees after hearing about our situation. Why? Simply because they're a company composed of genuinely caring people.
I work in marketing/sales, and I know just how integral it is to give feedback and share your experiences with a company. Obviously, I feel a large debt of gratitude towards them because of how above and beyond they went from beginning to end. That all being said, I think that if my experience was to provide any insight on how this company operates, then I can guarantee that you're in the hands of people who actually care.

These guys are the best! After returning home (house fire) and starting construction on our kitchen, we were anxiously awaiting the return of our tv (our 1 and 3 year olds along with rain and construction were not mixing), Electronic ER swooped in to save our day! They quickly installed our tv and electronics, organized and threaded our wires, and reduced our electronic clutter in the process! They were kind, efficient and very clean (shoe booties and all)! I strongly recommend using this company for any and all of your electronic needs.

We had a kitchen fire and our insurance agent recommended Electronics ER and she explained how important it is to get the soot and smoke particles out of the computers. We had quite a few computers in rooms near the kitchen that needed to be cleaned professionally. We met with Jordan and his team who professionally cleaned some computers on the spot that we could not be without for weeks, the other computers were professionally wrapped and inventoried. We had something that had been taken that we needed back before the rest of the items and they happily arranged to bring that item back. Everyone on the team was great to work with.

Highly recommend! Everyone at Electronic ER is professional and I felt comfortable letting them into our home. They were fast, easy to work with, and communication was thorough. Would definitely use again, but hoping we won't have to =)

This was an awesome company to work with. We had a small loss in our living room and kitchen and needed the electronics removed and stored so that the work on my flooring could be completed. Electronic ER sent out a couple of very professional technicians that explained everything to me and made the whole process a little less of a headache. I would definitely work with them again!

I recently had a fire at my home and Electronic ER came out and did a wonderful job. They did everything they said they would do and more. The employees are dressed professional, very knowledgeable, and well trained. They even laid down flooring protection when they delivered my items, so my floor doesn't get scratched. My experience with Electronic ER was great! They were called out by my insurance company to handle all of the disconnection and storage of my electronics while my house was being repaired during a flood. I was really blown away by the service. All of my electronics were wrapped with such care, they even labeled all the wires, ensuring me that everything would be reconnected properly when the job was finished. Fast forward two months and after all the work was complete, they returned everything and hooked it up better than before. They even tidied up my wiring so it is not such a rats nest anymore. Thank you so much Electronic ER. If I was ever in a situation like this again I would definitely call you guys.

My girlfriend and I had water damage and asbestos in our apartment. Servicemaster All Phase Restoration moved and stored all of my contents during repairs and contracted Electronic ER to disconnect, store and reconnect once the repairs were complete. Anthony was great, he set everything up better than it was prior to the damage and now all of my components work together!

I experience some water damage in our living room. I handle moving the furniture in different rooms, but I needed some one to handle my electronic. My insurance company recommend Electronic ER they came out and disconnect and store off site. Once all repairs were completed they return and reconnect the electronics and made sure everything to my standard. I would highly recommend this company. All personal from office staff and techs were extremely pleasant.
