Had a great experience working with Matthew and the manager, Annie. I felt they were genuinely interested in helping me find the right vehicle without any pressure. Both Matthew and Annie were friendly, straightforward, and honest throughout the entire process.
Matthew, in particular, stood out for his transparent approach. He carefully assessed what, for me, were the positives and potential negatives of the vehicle I was interested in, which I appreciated. It was clear he wasn't trying to gloss over any issues and was providing a fair and honest evaluation of the car.
I also appreciated the time they gave me to thoroughly test drive the vehicle. This allowed me to get a real feel for whether it would suit my needs, and they never rushed or pressured me into making a decision. I left with the impression that they are genuinely focused on helping customers find the right vehicle, rather than just making a quick sale.
I'm still looking at vehicles, but so far, I'm having a trustworthy and supportive experience with their dealership.

Thanks to Matthew and crew, I had an incredible dealership experience. My wife and I picked up a 2024 Outlander PHEV that we're very happy about. Because I'm a bit indecisive, I visited the dealership 3 times before ultimately pulling the trigger. I also talked to Matthew on the phone a few times. He was knowledgeable, honest, and easy to work with every step along the way. There wasn't a questions about the vehicle that he didn't know the answer to. These things mean a lot to me and I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

I recently purchased a 2021 Mitsubishi Outlander from El Cajon Mitsubishi, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Annie and Boston were incredibly nice and helpful throughout the entire process. Their professionalism and friendly demeanor made the car-buying process smooth and enjoyable. They didn't try to sell me other stuff i didn't need unlike other dealerships i went to. I highly recommend El Cajon Mitsubishi and especially commend Annie and Boston for their excellent customer service!

Hats off to Annie the GSM. I came in after 5 pm for a test drive, mind you they close at 7 pm. My test drive was a 23 Outlander SEL with dealer plates. I drove it alone and was sold on it. Annie ran the numbers after 6 pm and qualified me with an APR way below what another dealership had offered, even after a hard inquiry. She worked hard for that sale and had me out the door a few minutes after closing time. No pressure, up front about pricing, warranty and add-ons. All in all I would definitely recommend El Cajon Mitsubishi as they are a small, local, no pressure, honest dealership. 5 stars.

I took the train down from Santa Barbara to El Cajon to look at Jeep Wrangler. Matthew and Bob were top notch! Excellent customer service and treated me like royalty. Very smooth process and super friendly folks there. Can’t recommend them enough.
