Came here for drug screen. Checked in at 3:30 and was done at 4:43. Wait time was long, enviornment was not the cleanest, small lobby and the guy that helped with the process seems like he had to be some where so he was rushing me and was not speaking clearly on instructions. I guess it's okay to work and have air pods. While care for patients. Would not schedule anything here again. Do better please or find a profession you like don't take it out on people. Horrible experience over all.

I had an infection under a root canal that had become so painful I had to go to urgent care. I set up a reservation the night before and was able to fill out the paperwork online before arriving. The wait was 30 minutes. The doctor, though not a dentist, was able to confirm the infection and prescribed me antibiotics, which immediately reduced the pain. I'm thankful for her and the whole staff here.

Place is really lacking in the productivity department. Delayed and wrong information. Slow as hell. I watched no one get help for hours. Where is management at to this facility?

Walked in, wait time was very reasonable, everyone was helpful and friendly. Really felt like a person not a number, that is something that rarely happens these days. Thank you to the entire staff.

I was not happy with my urgent care visit. I came because I injured myself and needed painkiller there was no doctor on site only a PA that could not write me the prescription I needed and I was left without. I am not happy with the results of my visit. Why are PAs seeing patience without a supervising physician?

Avoid this place at all costs. Reception is rude. This so-called "urgent" care has no concept of triage and will have you waiting for more than 2 hours. Do not come here.

Personally, they didn't help me at all... I was in so much pain for 3 weeks, they never prescribed me anything other than Tylenol!!!! Seriously?! Some conditions require more than over the counter medication! Then the "doctor" left me waiting without telling me anything! If it wasn't for me (getting out of the room) I will still waiting for her!!!!! They don't take you seriously, specially if it's a workers comp situation... do yourself a favor, DONT GO THERE!The ONLY good thing is a nurse that is very compassionate and attentive! Besides that, nothing else...

London Woodfolk, PA-C, was amazing. I had not slept for six days due to watching my sister die from stage four brain and lung cancer. It truly was the worst experience in my life. London listen to me with true compassion and real caring. You do not find that so easily anymore in this world. Yet she sat there for a lengthy time and listened to my sorrows. She prescribed me some medicine to help me sleep and I feel somewhat more centered after having the time to express my grief to her. Way to go! The world would be a much better place if there were more Londons in it. Thank you for your real care and dare I say it, real love for others.

Took my brother in due to serious cough that turned into pnuemonia. They didn't xray his chest not sure why, but the Dr prescribed a 7 day Z Pak that wasn't good enough for his condition, which was recognized by his VA PC after she requested an xray. The service was ok and fast since it was late and they were getting ready to close. They could've been a bit more efficient and did an xray to prescribe the correct medicine.

The doctor was great, but the billing office has issues. I would either go somewhere else or quality check the billing soon after service to make sure everything looks correct.
