Nice people, but pulled a bait and switch. First time we showed up to look at a car that was advertised, they claimed it was off the lot due to a recall. The second time we showed up to look at the car, they said it sold 45 minutes earlier. They were happy to show us cars 3 to 4 thousand dollars more expensive. Maybe it was true, maybe it wasn't but we will not be back regardless.

They had a nice variety of vehicles to select from. I was looking for a truck so I test drove 3 of them and finally settled on the one I wanted. There was no high pressure salesmen. When I was ready to talk, James was there to assist me throughout the process. They have good prices and great customer service. I am a return customer and will be again when the need arises.

Redirect your business elsewhere. We were conned by Marcos and Karl -- be careful. Marcos Lopez and Karl Albright offered us a price on a car that they said would not change (in writing!), so we spent money on a pre-purchase inspection with a third party mechanic, which Marcos and Karl knew about and agreed to. The inspection cost me $175. This inspection revealed some problems with the car, including that the main control knobs for the screen don't work.
Karl and Marcos came back to us saying they would fix the issues, and we said okay. We'll wait, no problem. Then after a day they told us it was expensive to fix, and they could no longer honor us the offered price. A little shitty since they said it wouldn't change, but we understood to some degree. We asked, though, to at the very least get our inspection money back since they're using the knowledge from it to fix the car and sell for a higher price. They ghosted us. We've reported them to the BBB and want to warn you not to work with East County if you are looking for an honest experience.

What a joke!!! I've been strung along for OVER a month now! (My credit was run on July 11th) Waiting to hear back on the Camero Convertible!! Ricky and Karl have NOT responded to my messages/texts/phone calls.. At all!! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!! FYI.. last response was July 13th from Ricky per message.. stating latch was on back order and would be in on Aug. 2nd .. it's now Aug. 13th!!!! Thank you, Marcos for your response and trying to fix this mess.**UPDATE** STILL NO WORD ON THE PART!!!8/20/24.

If you are looking to purchase a used vehicle, you need to go to this company. As a former owner of a custom restoration shop and dealership, I know what is involved and how difficult it can be to find quality employees. Marcos Lopez is the best sales representative I have worked with. Everyone there treated us like friends and with respect. The process was painless and without any pressure. We bought a quality car at a good price with full transparency. I would definitely purchase another pre owned vehicle if need one!

Amazing experience from Ethan and the sales manager Nissim! I am 19 years old and this is my first car ever, and even though I took a risk attempting to purchase and Audi S5 with essentially no credit and less than a year with my DL, Ethan and Nissim made it possible for me and even gave me great credit financial advice for which I am eternally grateful for!
