This place needs to be shut down. There is only one register!!! Nothing ever in stock employees on their phones while there is 1 line I'll spend whatever now at any store. Today I saw 5 employees on 1 register and they all went to the back while 24 people were in line all the way to the back. I'm cutting off El cajon CA to shop in general to many people not enough stores and food.

This place is always a circus. I stand by the balloon area and NO ONE acknowledges me or offers assistance until I walk up and ask someone who was folding boxes. She tells me I can’t order balloons there, I would need to go in line, tell them the number I wanted and they would assist. I wait in line and finally I tell the cashier what numbers I wanted, she looks at me and tells me there’s no helium, like I should’ve already known that. I told her I was instructed by another staff memeber what to do and she said well we have no helium… I told her they need to have a sign saying “No Helium” so people don’t waste their time there instead of being directed to stay in line. Do better. Customer service skills are terrible all around and very disorganized.

Be careful! The cashiers here will charge you for extra items you didn’t buy. Check every item on your receipt and make sure you actually put it in your shopping bag! I spoke to a manager and they said they need 24 hours to pull up my receipt and they will give me call. They never did.
I called them today about my receipt and asked for manager, it was a rude new “manager” old lady on the phone telling me “what are you talking about?” In the most angry rude tone. Not sure why these people are in customer service. Avoid this location!

Benjamin the cashier did an excellent job .He was pite and friendly and quick .He had turned off his light as we were his last customers .The rudest person interupted our transaction and demanded she be waited on .He was still super professional..

Today 6/1/2023 at exactly 9:45 pm. There was only a cashier old white man who cursed every one in the store because only 15 mints left to close. Unfortunately I was with my two lil sons who heard him going lunatic and caused them trauma, if this every sticks with em I would sue the entire shop. Thanks for scaring kids.

Be careful when you go to this store because the employees there are a gang, especially the mangaer, he is very rude I dont recommend to go to this store.
