We have a trailer that was registered in Arizona and we couldn't get it registered here in CA. I called in and talked with Terry and she explained how we could get it done. We basically had to put up a bond in Arizona so they could clear title before issuing the new registration/pink slip. Went in and did the initial paperwork and it took over a month for Arizona to clear everything, but it got done. Then went back to Tag Stop last week and picked up our new license plate and the pink slip is coming in the mail. Couldn't be happier with the efficient service and awesome work by Terry! THANK YOU TAG STOP! : )

Started the process of boat registration over 3 months ago and still waiting to get all the tags and permits purchased through them. They dont communicate for needed information or when registration/tags arrive at their office. I've had to call over 20 times to get information on why the registration process is taking so long and they just make up excuses each time. Save yourself the money and just go to the DMV yourself, you're paying for a bigger headache by going here.

Why deal with the DMV when you can handle all your registration business here. Great service great communication, and awesome follow through. What they did in 20 minutes would have probably taken hours and multiple trips to the DMV. I did not experience any issues stated by the 1 star reviews. My assumption is they were the problem, not the employees at The Tag Shop.

Very disappointed with the service and professionalism pf this place. I had been coming here for years and the last few services took way too long. I brought in paperwork to get my boat trailer registered and after 3 months of back and forth I finally asked them for all my paperwork back. I then took sane paperwork to a different place and had registration and plates in 3 days. I asked for a refund and Brittany gave me the run around. They finally agreed to refund most (not all) of my money but not without a bunch of runaround and worst of all, never admitted that they were in the wrong , nor did they offer a simple apology. Needless to say, they lost a client. I do not recommend this place nor will I come back here. B

Amazing fast and friendly services!!!…I came in to transfer ownership and renew registration from 2017!!!…took me 4mins to get this all done!!!…LOVE THIS PLACE

Terry was great. I had what seemed like a difficult out of state expired transfer but she handled it all and made it so easy. Was in and out 5 mins probably. Highly recommend

I couldn't be happier about trying this place out. Terry was SUPER helpful and very friendly. Got tags and she saved at least one trip to the DMV for some other things I had to do. 100% go here before dealing with the DMV. Thanks Terry!
