Fat mall cop looking dude shut my PC off without warning after looking at the time on my phone. Very unreasonable and disrespectful. Wouldn't want him as my partner if he was real law enforcement

Not sure what other people are talking about but the staff here was amazing. Super nice and super friendly. Went to a regular DMV for my commercial license and took over 3 hours! Came here the next day because the DMV gave me a PERMIT for a commercial license I already had. Was in and out within 10 minutes of helping me and giving me my license back! HIGHLY recommend this place for all your commercial license needs! Amazing staff!

There are employees who do not have work experience and they talk to each other in a loud voice a lot, and they do not help the auditors on how to use the computer, and this causes them to lose their choices in the test because they do not know where to go. Their customer service is very dirty, and they also fight with the auditor and hurl dirty words at him. These dirty people are not supposed to work in This is a place and some employees are racist

Staff WILL NOT SHUT UP nor even speak a little lower while everyone is taking their tests. You can even hear exactly what they're gossipping about and them talking bad about other customers. How am I supposed to concentrate let alone pass the exam? And cash or check only?? Can't even use debit or credit.

Worst employees I’ve ever seen. They talk trash to customers. When I was there they kept heckling an older guy because he wasn’t the best at using a computer. These people are miserable and I always hate going here

Cindy the person at front desk has the worst customer service and terrible attitude. She is very unprofessional as if she owns the DMV, she forgets she is a public servant. She was rude and racist. She shouldn't be working here.

Very quick and efficient. Came here to drop off some documents and was in and out within a half hour. No line, super cold AC, this is by far the best DMV I've ever been to!

This DMV is only for commercial needs, so if you found this place the only benefit is not having to waste 4 hours at a regular DMV. I've never heard of this place until I signed up for a trucking school and they told me. The hours posted on Apple Maps are incorrect and are only open from 7am-4pm. It's a cash only location and they expect you to bring exact change without you knowing any of the prices. Makes sense right. But make sure you bring your medical exam, passport, proof of residency, current drivers license, and SSN. Because they will not hesitate to waste your time, once you have everything you need it should go smooth. But have patience because they work incredibly slow and take their sweet time.

I had to deduct a star due to one of the workers being extremely rude. The male, and the lady with dark hair were absolutely professional and treated everyone with respect. The grey haired lady was extremely rude and telling me off and raising her voice at me for starting an exam after 1430, when the OTHER TWO WORKERS said 1530. She needs some serious customer service training, and needs to remember at the end of the day she's a public servant. I deducted 3 stars because of her piss poor attitude. The other two deserve the 5 stars, but this bitter lady knocked 3 points off for her attitude.
