Dropped off car for flat repair and paid $40 for balancing of 4 wheels. Received a text that my car was ready fo pick up. The associate gives me my keys back and tells me that they fixed the flat, balanced and rotated all 4 wheels. I receive a voicemail and another service rep had left a message that one of my tires had wear from bad alignment and that they could not patch the flat, or do the balance and rotation for the other wheels. Basically gave them $40 and they let me drive home just to get stranded with a flat. I would do zero stars if I could.

Friendly so it seems, although my vehicle has already been checked in and was told about an hour. Got a text message saying I can track the progress. Did so and now the arrival window is and hour after it has already been checked in. Brought to their attention and they seem to be trying to get it done which I appreciate. Next issue is that I’m being charged $20, not bad but when the tires (all 4) were originally purchased I was told they were fully covered, meaning no charge. Advice would be no matter what these businesses or for that matter employees say it’s not true. Look at the picture and the time of the post. First proof. Enough said.

Stopped in at Discount Tire to check air pressure. The tech discovered a damaged tire, due to an alignment issue. I ended up replacing all four, the others were coming due soon anyway. I went home, made an appointment, picked out tires and returned for my appointment.
The tech who assisted me earlier saw my appointment and came out to greet me, as I arrived. He had me in and out in no time.
I really appreciate the service received, from the air check to installation of new tires.
Everyone was easy to work with and prices are good.

I don't know where Discount Tire gets these people! Ramon helped me diagnose a slow leak that had been bugging me for a while. In and out in a half an hour, plus everyone working there was courteous, low key and efficient. I've lived in Rancho over 30 years and would never go anywhere else for tire needs.

My friend at work Fischbeck recommended I come here for all my tire needs. When I came in I was immediately helped and taken care of by Arnold and Manix. They explained thoroughly the differences and gave me good recommendations. Me and my wife went home happy with brand new tires. 10/10 I would recommend to anyone for a good experience

Wow, this place is the greatest. I had never been to a discount tire before but was in dire need of new tires and they were the only place within a reasonable drive that had the tires I needed on hand and had lots of appointment times for the very next day. My experience at the auto shop itself was top notch. I had made an appointment and checked in online, so I was able to skip the line and immediately turn over my car. Then, I proceeded to walk around the shopping plaza while I waited to see if I could get a bite to eat. There were plenty of places nearby but, before I could even place a lunch order, I was called by Discount Tire to come and pick up the car. Somehow, they had finished replacing all four tires and only 25 minutes had passed. I could hardly believe it. Best of all, the price I paid was close to $500 less than I had been quoted the day before by Evan’s Tire just a few miles away. Will definitely be returning here next time I’m in the market for new tires!

After a flat on the freeway, I went into Discount Tire. I got my new tire, which was under warranty replaced, and tire technician pointed out the wear on my tires, so I grabbed the other 3 at a discount. Great service.

Called at 5:49p and Oscar answered the phone. I told him my tire keeps leaking air and idk how to keep air in. He told me they close in ten mins but if I come by 6p he will help me. I got here at 5:58p and he was waiting outside with a SMILE!! As I pulled up he approached my vehicle and asked if I just called and I said yes. He got to work right away. No complaints. He found a screw, and per our conversation he knew I got my tires from here. This man just took my tire off and started working on it. It's 6:03p and this man is working on my tire with the friendliest demeanor. I've have a rough couple of days and THIS made my heart SMILE! It's hard to find great customer service but Oscar has this DOWN! I will be bringing my truck back for better tires

Phenomenal Service! Best customer service I have received. I dealt with 3 employees and all 3 of them were very great! Will continue going to this store for many years to come. Shout out to Ishmael, David and Maxxis. Once again, amazing service!!!
