My first time I have to say it wasn’t my best experience. I was not planning on returning until I spoke with the owner herself. She was very kind, empathetic and apologetic for my first experience and truly wanted to make things right. I came in today and had the absolute best experience! The staff was incredibly kind and went above and beyond to take care of me and my needs. I would absolutely go there again in a heartbeat, and will be recommending others as well. Thank you for making things right. Thank you for turning a bad situation positive. Exceptional customer service skills!!!

Decent selection. Had an event today and I was excited about it because they told me about it last week and I took a picture of the banner they had in the store. I came here after work and tried going in and they said it was a “closed event” and I needed a ticket to enter. I’m upset because it didn’t say anything on the banner about needing a ticket, nor did they tell me that when I came in last week. I even called today, the day of, and asked how long the event was running and they didn’t even mention the ticket lol. I was excited for it and they just wasted my time

great store. ?very nice, helpful people. great selection, good prices.very clean and well organized.will be going back again.*** i'm going to add a little note here, in response to someone else's nonsense claims***if you go in and make a purchase with ANY kind of card....and you're not a regular that they recognize, they're almost certainly going to check your i.d. wouldn't that be a good thing? ??♂️they checked both of our i.d.'s and we are two different races, one of us being VERY caucasian. ?also, if you wander out of sight, of course someone is going to at least check on you. this is 2023 and retail theft is at an all time high.the employees are great, and i only witnessed positive interactions with all types of persons the three times i've been in there.

Danielle was amazing! She was very professional, helpful and knowledgeable about the products. Even did a private consultation for us so we wouldn’t feel embarrassed by any questions we had haha Danielle is fun and easy to talk to! My husband and I will definitely be back. :)

Definitely out of my element shopping here. I've got a lot to learn. The woman upstairs was super helpful. She demonstrated a couple things and answered a couple questions before I asked them. It was a very good shopping experience. Check-out was a bit slow...but still, a great place.

I’m never shopping at this location again. I was racially profiled by a sales associate (Caucasian female with glasses and her stomach was hanging out her shirt). I was super excited to visit the boutique but the sales associate robbed me of my experience. Once I enter the store and I proceeded to go upstairs, I heard her tell the other associate “im going upstairs”. When i was upstairs there was already another customer up there (white male). So basically she went up there because she saw me going upstairs. What made it even more creepy, she was staring at me the whole time. I was looking in the mirror on the wall and saw her eyeballing me. She never once asked me if I needed assistance. Once I was done shopping, I went back downstairs and she immediately followed me downstairs. I was laughing hysterically because it confirmed that she was following me. Now it was time to pay for my items and she wanted me to show my ID for a debit card. Now, this was pure comedy!!! But at the end of the day, i purchased my items and I walked out that store with my head high. I will not let a sad and dusty looking dirt ball ruin my day. I will never shop with this company again.

This is the first place I have ever been to buy lingerie where you cannot try most of the product on, even if you are wearing undergarments. Have never experienced this, they would want to waste money on things that you don't know if they fit or not. I'd be happy to try things on, wearing undergarments and even having a sales associate watching me to make surw rules aren't broken. After losing 100 lbs, I don't know what size I need and need to try things on, especially a bodysuit, they need to fit right.Do not recommend this place, they want people to spend money even if they aren't sure things fit and they can't be returned either. Worst customer service ever

Lea,Aiyana, April & Destani are amazing. i was having issues with partner. Judgment know anything they completely knew what to do and what to recommend they also were very very respectful of the situation and we're very supportive and on top of that the customer service it was just incredible above and beyond I 100% recommend anybody to come here weather is to look for toys or to figure out what's going to be better for you in bed with yourself or your partner

The staff there is so knowledgeable and unlike Walmart willing to help. The Manager Lea helped me to find exactly what I needed for a lady problem I was having and didn't make it awkward. You should check the place out. Lots of fun things there.

I was browsing the store and over heard a guy named arhmami yelling at another associate because she was helping a couple, it made me feel really uncomfortable he started to throw boxes down the stairs and was pacing back and forth and glaring at the girl. I won’t be back.
