I needed to get my car fixed because of an accident I had taken place. When I got my car back, the quality of work was very nice. And worked with me and my Insurance and everything looked great! The value was great. Everything was nicely done.

Don't go here. Based on his reviews we went to get our 2 month old truck fixed after it was side swiped by our neighbor. Thought it was going to be a great. Ray was very nice and informative. Took a lot more time than promised. 7 weeks instead of 2 weeks. Had to point out mistakes they made.

Rey, and his crew did amazing work on my truck! After looking at my estimate from the insurance company, he was able to receive a higher amount from the company due to them providing an estimate for a used replacement side bed when a new one was needed.The truck bed looks like new and they even buffed out the other side and I am so impressed.I highly recommend them to anyone! Would definitely go there again if I ever needed a repair.(Hopefully not though, haha)Service: Body & Trim

Excellent service and quality. Rey was very professional, knowledgeable and customer service oriented. The clear coat paint on the hood, roof and side mirrors had oxidized and had the blotchy white appearance. The sides were fine. He suggested we just paint those areas. That saved me thousands over repainting the entire car. He was able to get me in within a short period of time and his men did a fantastic job matching the paint, waxing and buffing out the sides and back. It looks like the entire car was repainted. I would highly recommend Rey and his family run business.

I saw the reviews, however I got the quote for a bumper scratch and they charge more than the Audi dealer. $800 to fix , absolutely not. Overcharge for sure. I would recommend being quota somewhere else .

Had a mishap on my truck resulting in scratches on my chrome door handle and passenger side doors. When gathering quotes, Rey was the only one out of five companies that asked for my VIN number (to get the price of my chrome door handle) in order to get an accurate dollar amount. The other four companies simply did not acknowledge my door handle. On top of that, Rey's quote were leaps and bounds better than the other companies. I took my truck in, and Rey's friendly nature gave me the piece of mind that my truck would be taken care of. They fixed my truck in a very timely manner, and even called and asked when I would be stopping by to pick it up as they wanted to give it a good wash before showing up. I've been driving for 27 years, and this is hands down the best body shop I've experienced. Can't recommend De Alba's El Cajon Collision enough and wich I could give them more stars!!!!

A vehicle in front of me hit a tired which ricocheted and hit the right side of my bumper & scratched/dented my right fender & passenger front door. I got quotes and after calling around, Rey asked if he could check my car out for an accurate quote. He ended up finding a few more problems with my car but gave me a fair and reasonable price. My car looks like nothing happened to it. Can't recommend this place enough!

This place did an amazing job getting my Tesla looking like new again after a 3,000+ mile roadtrip from Providence, Rhode Island to San Diego, California. Not only did I have the front bumper and windshield covered in bug guts but some clown in Ohio decided to key my driver's side, passenger door after he got triggered by the sight of an EV. LMFAO! In a world full of crazy people, it's nice to know that there are people who can repair the damage they cause. For comparison, I took my car to a place in Miramar and they quoted over $1,000 for the same repair and that didn't even include a full detail. When the place in Miramar told me that I'd need to bring my car back early the next morning instead of them just keeping it overnight, I went back online and decided to check out De Alba's. He didn't have nearly as many reviews as the place in Miramar but I saw that De Alba's was veteran and family owned and decided to take a chance. I couldn't be happier with the work they did and I'd definitely recommend them to anyone. Who knows, I might even be back here again in a few months when some other chucklehead gets triggered by the sight of a Tesla.
