Savanna was very helpful checking me out with her coworker. Sorry didn't catch the other lady's name. There was error with my online order they system
was down i think. They both took the time and were extremely friendly and helpful. You just don't see this type of customer service any more. They both definitely went above and beyond helping me with my order making sure all my coupons applied like it did online. Amazing ? ?

If I could give this cvs a negative 10 stars I will. The most horrible experience ever. I am a loyal member to cvs and out of my many visits I have never been treated so rudely, the old hispanic lady in the front by the cashiers the one who's supposed to have the key to the bathroom denied me access by one look. ( not being racist I am hispanic too) but if I had gotten her name I would of reported her more directly. The lack of consideration for a human who desperately needs to use the bathroom specifically a disabled one, because they are too lazy to clean after the public. I understand it may be hard and frustrating to clean after others but that's your job and the law to have public bathrooms. There was 2 and she denied me entrance to both. Will never return to this cvs and would never recommend.

I had to pick up my prescriptions on January 11th and 2 of them were not covered by my insurance provider and I just want to say thank you to the gentleman at The drop off window he found a coupon and an over the Counter item comparable to what was prescribed for my prescriptions saved me alot of money so again thank you!

I came here to pick up a photo print order, and waited for 30 mins while it took 2 people to look for it only for them to realize that it was on the printer.....very disappointing - they need to better train their team members on how to provide better customer service. During the whole thing the young guy just mumbled an excuse and only proactive thing he did was call another team member only to then ignore me and thenafter seeing that I was still waiting ask if she was able to give me an answer

Worst pharmacy I've be ever been too. The shop itself is fine. Clean, lots of items, big selection, etc. The pharmacy however is terrible. There is almost always only one cashier so sometimes super long lines. That in and of itself wouldn't be so bad but they are often confused. Example, my Dr recently increased my dose of a medication. I called to renew and she told me there was no such prescription, that the last one they filled was a lower dose. Only problem with that statement was I had the bottle of the higher dose that they filled last month right in front of me. I got so frustrated with the conversation I finally said, never mind I'm just going to use another pharmacy. This is not the first time with them being confused or me needing to talk to them to get things straight. Wish the other brand pharmacy I used to go to was closer because they were so good!

She was an absolute pleasure and the MOST helpful ?? she saw me 2 in the matter of 15 mins and she solved my issue and helped me get out the door. I just want to tell you that your service did not go unnoticed today. Thank you so much for your kindness. PS: I’m the lady you helped find the Dermoplast.

Really disappointed with my experience here. Tbh I’m struggling with Mary’s actions. Arguing and having to go back and forth with not only is but the family next to us. The towel said it was 12.99 and then she was telling another customer. She was wrong over chocolates. No smiles just very blunt.
