I'm only giving them 1 star because I dropped off my disposable camera on March 22nd of this year and I was told by a worker to call in 4 weeks so I call today April 11th and the person that answered the phone told me that they threw away my photos. So be aware of this cvs store and I would not recommend this cvs store to anyone

Do not use CVS pharmacy on broadway El Cajon I was trying to get my prescription that I needed after my surgery today. I called and spoke to Sally at the pharmacy this was the 4th time. As I proceeded to ask Sally about my prescription she said” I faxed the prescription to your doctors office” I asked her where she was sending the fax? Just to confirm the number then Sally started yelling on the phone she was upset because I told her she was faxing it to the call center and to have respect. So damn lazy Sally couldn’t even look up the fax number.Never again will I go to cvs on broadway El Cajon. No one there cares. I do not recommend this pharmacy to anyone. Zero ⭐️

Bottom line this pharmacy is the worst pharmacy in the entire city no contest. My Husband neededa medication to take with his pain medication. They made the assumption that I didn’t want to pay For it because it was $85. By the way, I went to another pharmacy and they were able to charge my insurance for me no problem. This pharmacist assumed I didn’t want to pay for it. I had to drive all the way back and then, because I was a little upset she didn’t like my attitude she refused to fill my prescription. It’s completely unbelievable she makes a huge assumption. She makes a mistake. She causes my husband to not be able to get his medication and I’m the problem. I’m going to file grievances with every medical Association I can find this was outrageous behavior. Just don’t go there. They hate their jobs there.

Wow, never will try switching my meds to another CVS ever. Nothing but problems, the staff is the worst, stated they would call my dr for meds and never did and so many other issues. Don't switch to CVS!!!!!!My meds are being switched back to Leo's.

If you actually want your prescription do not have it sent here. My doctor sent my prescription here on Wednesday morning I called at 6pm to find out they did not have the medication. No one called me. The person on the phone then told me they could order it and it could be in on Friday. I called today Friday afternoon to be told no they do not have the medication. Again no information was given to me about any of it. So if you have a condition that requires medication do not depend on this pharmacy to fill it. This pharmacy will continue to push it off until you die at home waiting for the Medication. And not care. Or tell you any information about it being delayed or let your doctor know that the medication can not be filled.

Anna was the most helpful and kind person I've ever had help me at any CVS in my entire life. I know it sounds dramatic but she was wonderful and very thoughtful. Thank you again

Store is a little outdated but conveniently close. The shelves are fairly stocked. Staff is always friendly. The only self checkout machine is always malfunctioning, which causes the only cashier on the floor to leave her line at her register and reboot the annoying voice that's repeats " scan additional items or select payment now" for the love of CVS bucks please eliminate that self checkout and hire more humans.

This cvs really did suck previously. Rude management and staff. But now it does seem to be improving somewhat. I'm not sure what changed because it's the same people as before but their attitude has improved. The pharmacy however, cab use some improvement. If you say you're going to follow up with my doctor, I expect you to. If I place an order for medication, I expect someone to contact me if there is a problem. I shouldn't be finding out there is an unresolved issue when I get there to pick it up. Some of my medications are necessary to remain alive.

They hire new pharmacists that dont even know how to do their job not to mention can hardly speak Enlighsh. They literally denied me my medicine which my doctor prescribed. Do they check these people’s degrees before they hire them? I dont understand how this works, who hires these slow-a$$ pple
