Probably the grimiest place to visit inside and out, cashiers are rude and were complaining about being tired in front of customers. Located in an already uncomfortable area filled with homeless and trash, the service inside is slow and they aren’t friendly or welcoming. I would highly advise going anywhere else.

I went to the pharmacy drive thru and went to pick up my prescriptions and the pharmaist who help me whose name was daniela was not very pleasant and she threw my prescription at me and did not even say to me and did speak me and threw reciept at me and did not even say good bye or anything. She just seem rude to be in the pharmacy and she did not even ask for my extracare number and she just my number up and as employee you cant do that.

they really ought to make [[ 0 stars an option ]] ( this is my first time being in el cajon ) note , i have never been to this location until yesterday !! upon entering this location immediately i felt every employee was peeking their heads over the aisle,around the aisle,and of course the ones being my shadow. cashier euridicy --- so i shop often at cvs and use the app and have the wellness plus they offer that being said anytime i can save $ and i have coupons or extra cash to use.. damn right i am going to use it! the employees that day did not like that they were so phucking sure of themselves that i was going to steal and when i went to the cashier and placed down every item i touched.... they definitely felt stupid ( manager behind me is literally slamming/throwing merchandise she was stocking and of course the cashier was worse) i did two separate transactions because i wanted to use my $10 extra bucks towards my purchase and this cashier flat out lied to me saying it isnt valid until march 16 and i said no,its able to use right away and she insisted no. they thought that $10 was all i had and when i produced more $ because she refused to allow me to use coupon.... they were very upset you guys all suck at this store maybe you should not work with public if you are as judgmental as you all are!! what really stunned me was how this cashier bold faced lied to me!!! your pathetic!

I felt so sorry for the nice staff. The place on Fletcher is being ruined by the thieves who live in the parking lot. I saw people in the store who had no sense of intent to me, they weren't looking for what they wanted; I thought they were just looking for a chance to steal. There was only one hand basket and one push cart in the whole store. I don't know if the rest were stolen or have been removed so they won't get stolen. As I checked out a woman came in and stole some candy. She was confronted and said she could take it. The staff said the police come if called but two hours later. Can't blame them, the citizens of California have made shop-lifting not a crime. Then the stores go into a death-spiral. It was so unpleasant there I won't be back.

Horrible I normally have a very pleasant interaction at this store. Last night I had two passive aggressive sales associate treat me like I was a thief. One stood over me or I should say behind me like she was just waiting for me to take something. Very unpleasant and uncontrollable for me. I’ve spent a great deal of money in this store. Not to mention this is the second time this has happened at this location. The first time was a while back so I thought this was over. Nope, it happened again. They need to work on this issue. If not they'll loose a great customer and customers. This behavior is Not acceptable!

So showed up here tonight for benadryl for my dog that had had an allergic reaction, and the employee that was at the door, a white younger male, with dark hair and glasses, refused to open the door, that was already locked at 9:50pm, when they advertise online, on the front of the physical door, and through the app, that the store doesn't physicaly close until 10pm. The employee was not only rude, but wouldn't even give his name, and instead wasted time going around the register to open the door for someone exiting the store, just to turn right back around yet again to come back to the door to tell me they were closed, and then went back to apparently the last customer in the store, to help them check out, whichleft them walking out AFTER 10PM. SO thisbranch not only has terrible customer serviced employees, but theyre rude and disrespecful as well. Wont ever return, and will be transferring out all Rx, to different pharmacy.

I wish I can give 0 star! Worse experience ever with this pharmacy!Had to switch from Walmart pharmacy to this place because of the insurance and I wish I can stay with Walmart pharmacy.Always have issued every time I have to refill my medication and of course I always have to missed the dose!People that work there seems don’t know with what their doing and helpless. I’m not sure about other CVS pharmacy but this particular one is the worse!

I had a terrific experience here and I feel that many of the reviews posted about this place, especially the ones that are targeting particular employees, is very rude and distasteful because these employees are working here and doing a good job but then you gave them a bad review and said they were doing a horrible job and that's not ok. The pharmacy folks were so nice and helpful, and they were talking to this old man and being very thoughtful to him about his issues, and that just melted my heart to the max. Then, the pierced lady at the front came and unlocked something for me because it was locked up. Why? Who knows. Maybe because they didn't want everyone to steal it. After my purchase, it was off to the races, thanks to a wonderful experience at CVS. I wonder what the CEO of the company thinks about this location. Is it a rising star in the CVS store community? Perhaps. But maybe not. I'd say the chances are 50/50.
