This is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. I can’t believe they call themselves pharmacists. They are also the rudest people ever. I have picked up my prescriptions here multiple times because we all have bad days and thought maybe the first time was just a bad day for them. BUT EVERY TIME. I’m so frustrated I wanted to cry. Terrible

This CVS is the absolute worst when it comes to picking up medications. Whether you go in the drive through or inside it should not take 50 min to pick up a prescription that is ready for pick up! I pulled up to the drive-through and waited 25 MINTUES before anyone helped me, and by the time they helped me THEY were rude by they I mean ELAF.A. It takes two seconds to say, "HI, I will be right with you." 2 seconds! that's all it takes. I waited 25 minutes before she decided to come to the window with her nasty attitude. I'm sorry you are busy so is everyone else and everyone else gives two seconds to say I will be right there. acknowledge your customers and don't be rude! I have now switched pharmacy's so i never have to deal with horrible customer service from this terrible unorganized pharmacy. I proceeded to go inside since she decided to hang up the phone on me and make me continue waiting after i told her i was on my lunch break, ended up going inside and watched be rude to ever customer in front of me with attitude. if you work in customer service you should be nice and respectful. ELAF should be fired for her disrespect and gross attitude. How this girl has a job or anyone else in that pharmacy is beyond me.

I called today looking for an item and Tyler went on and beyond for me to locate the item I wanted to purchase and held it for me. Very friendly great customer service and I appreciate his help and assistance. I had a great experience shopping here. Thank you so much.

I came today and the cashier was really Rude, I don't recommend to anyone to come here this is not the first time. The manager needs to focus more and hired people who have customer service. The associates look mad all the times.

I called this CVS pharmacy because there is a nation-wide shortage on my medication which I need everyday. The person on the phone was the rudest man I've spoken to. The call lasted less than 1 minute...he said I wasn't in the system and then he hung up on me. This is probably why my doctor hates dealing with CVS.

I needed to get an Antigen Covid test from a Health Provider in order to get paid from work, because a home test isn't sufficient for that purpose. I decided to use their MinuteClinic for this test, and was told I'd get my results in 1-2 days. Fast forward over 4 whole days, and they text me saying my test "could not be processed" and to make a new appointment, with no further information but a phone number to call. I called this phone number, and it was an automated hotline that gave me no other info other than to continue continue Covid protocols while waiting for my results. At this point I wouldn't test positive for Covid, and therefore I can't get paid from my time missed at work. At least give me info on why my results couldn't be processed. Thanks for wasting my time and causing me to miss out on a paycheck.

Such horrible costumer service. I understand people have bad days but holy crap the level of rudeness that the employees treat you with is insane. It doesn't matter how nice you try to be to them they treat you like an inconvenience. Even if they are the ones that make a mistake there is never an apology. Not only did they treat me pretty horribly but this poor guy was trying to use the Moneygram machine and they were just plane mean to him. The photo department was a mess and they wouldn't listen to me when I told them I already paid and had the receipts to prove it. I will drive a little further from now on and never go back here.

Employees are nice and always greet customers when they come in and leave. Store is always very clean. Pharmacy is always very helpful and nice. To the people complaining about wait times for tests in the drive thru and about the homeless in the parking lot, STOP CRYING. You're not the only ones waiting in line for a test. The majority of homeless are mentally ill and addicted to drugs. Show some compassion, be happy you're going home. Count your blessings and stop being so negative. It's ugly.

Signed up for a COVID-19 test scheduled at 11:50. After waiting in line for over an hour, I saw the pharmacist, who asked me the same questions I already filled out online and talked me through how to administer the test to myself. I am hoping that I administered the test correctly. I have been tested through other sites before, and it took a total of 5 minutes, in and out the door. CVS needs to find a better and faster way to provide testing.

Approximately one month ago I went through this store's drive-thru and was disgusted with the homeless allowed to live and store their belongings in their parking lot right next to the drive-thru. Some of the homeless were yelling while another was passed out next to the store. For some reason the homeless had a massive collection of junk being stored in the lot. The entire experience of being in the drive-thru made me and my daughter very uncomfortable. I wonder who owns the lot and why this is allowed. We were in the drive-thru to get my daughter a Covid test. We had an appointment and showed up on time but for some reason it took 20 minutes for them to process us before we were even given the test. By that point at least three cars were behind us. Once we were given the test packet I had to help my young daughter do the test on herself. Meanwhile, the person in the car behind me starts honking for us to leave. It was just horrible! The staff at the pharmacy were very nice but I would NEVER return to this CVS and/or pharmacy because of this experience.
